Jans war unser Hauptführer und ich glaube, Hiroshi war der andere Führer. Dies war eine absolut wunderbare Tour. Sie stellten kostenlose Ausrüstung für Schneespiele wie Hosen und Jacken zur Verfügung. Das Shiga Kogen Sun Valley Resort war großartig und wir hatten Zugang zu viel Ausrüstung für Schneespiele. Das Mittagessen im Goen war wunderbar und wir genossen das Nabe-Hot-Pot-Essen. Ich weiß nicht, ob wir einfach viel Energie verbraucht hatten und sehr hungrig waren, aber das war eines unserer leckersten Mahlzeiten der Reise. Es war eine großartige Möglichkeit, sich in der Kälte warm zu halten. Dann machten wir uns auf den Weg zu den Schneeaffen, und das war so cool zu sehen. Der Weg und die Wanderung nach oben waren lang, aber es hat sich absolut gelohnt. Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie gutes Schuhwerk mit Profil haben, damit Sie auf dem rutschigen Eis nicht fallen. Wir würden diese Tour immer wieder machen! Jans war ein sehr netter Führer und gab uns großartige lokale Empfehlungen für Sanzoku-yaki-Hähnchen am Bahnhof Nagano. Er war ein großartiger Führer und Botschafter der wunderbaren Kultur, die Japan zu bieten hat. 6/5 Sterne... Bravo!!

The Best Day! From the moment I booked it was seamless. Lots of communication made it easy to know where to meet and what to expect. Our driver and Guide Endo were amazing!! We were able to hire some snow gear on the day which made it so easy for a day trip to the snow without the hassle of packing it with us. It was also extremely affordable. We hired two snow jackets and four pairs of snow boots for only $30 Aud. We could also continue to use the boots for the Monkey Park. The included lunch was great value for money and kept us full , there was also a variety to choose from. The kids were very happy too which made it easy (ages 8 and 10). There was plenty to do and lots of time to explore and play around in the snow. The monkey park was a beautiful walk but I highly recommend buying snow spikes for your shoes as suggested by our guide. Ypu can buy these on the day. It was a lifesaver as we easily navigated the long walk in slippery snow with ease, we saw many people struggle. They were affordable at $10 Aud each pair. The tour is definitely worth the money and won’t disappoint!!!

We had a lot of fun at the snow mountain of Shiga Kogen, definitely will come back again for more snow activities. the Snow Monkey Onsen was the highlight, they were so cute. The snow Mountain View was stunning!

Had a fantastic day tour with our friendly tour guide Jens. He was very informative with clear instructions throughout the day which made everything go smoothly. The itinerary wasn't too rushed and the pace suited us well. Bus was large and comfortable. We were able to borrow snow gear prior to 1.5hrs of snow fun at Shiga Kogen. Lunch was great and tasty aswell. The walk to see the snow monkeys was challenging due to the icy track - crampons are a must in winter! Would thoroughly recommend this day tour overall!

We had a truly unforgettable experience at Jigokudani Monkey Park. Trekking up the mountain while snow was gently falling felt magical and made the journey even more special. Seeing the snow monkeys in their natural habitat was absolutely worth it. Our tour guide, Kevin, was awesome—very friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience fun and comfortable despite the snowy conditions. This tour was perfectly organized and is something I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Nagano. ❄️🐒

C'était le point culminant de mon voyage au Japon. N'oubliez pas de porter des chaussures appropriées pour la randonnée pendant la saison hivernale. Le chemin des singes des neiges est super glissant et assez dangereux.

A great day out, worth the cost!! we were very lucky and it was snowing lightly while on the tour. The snow play area is good for adults and children and lunch was very yummy. the snow monkeys were great, there is plenty of time to stroll up to them and stroll back without feeling rushed.

Best tour of our holiday! Kei our guide was amazing and made the day fun and interesting. This tour was an excellent first snow experience and the food was delicious and snow monkeys are so cute and funny! Our bus driver was the best, navigating the slippery small roads like a pro! Definitely worth the money xox

We are very happy to have Endo as our tour guide! He’s a very caring and informative guide who used to be a high school teacher. The rest of the tour was as brilliant! Duration for each stop was perfect, lunch was unbelievably good (Beef hotpot with tempura and sushi!). The coach was comfortable and driver drove safely. We enjoyed every bit of the tour, from snow sledding to snow monkey park. Thank you Endo and everyone behind for giving us such good memories.

This trip is a 100% snow land experience! The snow playground for children is a must for all who book this activity. Food is also included (lunch), and most of all, the long trek to Snow Monkey Mountain is one of our best snow sightseeing experiences. Our tour guide, Mr. Endo, speaks clear English and shared a few tips. He also allowed us to avail a 10% discount using his tour guide pass.
