Passeio com os Macacos da Neve saindo de Tóquio com Almoço de Sukiyaki de Carne

It was a wonderful tour with a lovely tour guide, Hana, same name with sakura. I am glad I booked this daytrip. It was informative and well executed tour despite of a long ride in the bus. First, we stopped by to have a sumptuous beef sukiyaki lunch. Then proceeded to hiking for 40minutes to see cute snow monkeys bathing in hot spring. Please bring cleats or anti slip gear for shoes, to avoid accidents during hiking. So thankful, all of us were mindful of the given time thus we we’re able to complete the itinerary. The last stop was the Kamakura Snow Dome Village. So glad to experience my first snow in Nagano. Truly memorable and magical experience. Arigathanks 🌸💕

The Snow Monkey Park and Kamakura no Sato tour was the best experience of our Japan trip! Watching the snow monkeys up close in their natural hot spring habitat was unforgettable, and exploring Kamakura no Sato was like stepping into a winter wonderland. The beef sukiyaki for lunch was absolutely delicious—one of the best meals we had. Our tour guide and drivers were amazingly good at their jobs, making the entire trip smooth, informative, and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a unique and well-organized adventure! ONE HUNDRED PERCENT RECOMMENDED!!

Aunque es un día largo, valió mucho la pena ver a los monos y las cabañas de nieve. Rico, junto con ambos conductores de autobús, fueron muy amables y acogedores con nosotros y con mi hijo de 4 años. Si está considerando traer niños, tenga en cuenta que la caminata de ida y vuelta para ver a los monos es de aproximadamente 40 minutos en cada sentido. Rico fue muy claro con el itinerario, las instrucciones y la hora de regreso. El almuerzo de sukiyaki estuvo bueno y durante esta parada, también se pueden comprar recuerdos. Como fue un viaje largo en autobús, hubo paradas para usar el baño y comprar bocadillos. En general, una gran experiencia y la recomendaría a otros que quieran una experiencia sin preocupaciones para ver a los monos y las cabañas de nieve.

This snow monkey tour was great! 🐒 Although the bus ride was a bit long (about three hours each way), there were rest stops in between, so it was fine; I just slept through it. Once we arrived, we had to walk a snowy mountain path (it was very slippery, and I slipped and fell 😭). However, the guide offered to sell shoe spikes at the beginning, but I didn't buy them 🤣. Speaking of the guide, Rico San was very friendly and reliable! After arriving at the Snow Monkey Park, we saw many little monkeys, super cute! But remember – do not bring plastic bags!! Otherwise, they'll think you have food and try to snatch it (I was attacked three times 🤣). I was satisfied with the entire trip, and lunch was delicious too. It's definitely worth it for those who aren't driving themselves; the cost of public transport alone would be similar to the tour price, and this tour includes transportation, lunch, and park admission, so it's very worthwhile! Highly recommended!

The tour was well organized with good information provided ahead of time to help find the meeting spot for our family of three which included my eight year old son and husband. The sukiyaki beef lunch provided was tasty and filling. It was my first time to have sukiyaki beef and so quite enjoyed it. The snow monkeys at that the Monkey Park were so cute and such a fun thing to see. I was surprised by how tame the monkeys were. And I loved watching them bath in the onsen, it was so neat! Since we joined the tour at the end of February we were also able to visit Kamakura no Sato for the snow igloos as part of the tour. There was so much snow. The only thing I would’ve like is maybe a few stories or facts along the way on the ride to the Monkey Park because the ride to Nagano prefecture is relatively long. But overall

The best day ever. We were so lucky to experience as much snow as we did. The food wasn't a big concern to me as my sole purpose was to see the snow monkeys. If you're picky, bring your own food. The ride was 4 hours, the hike was 30 minutes, spent around 1 hour with the monkeys, hiked another 30, and left back to Tokyo an additional 4 hours. And I would do it again! It was such an amazing experience and finding the tour guide was super easy. It felt the allotted time with the monkeys was perfect and the scenery is just out of a movie. I wouldn't hesitate and just book this activity!

I think this was one of the best experiences I've had in my life! Seeing the snow monkeys and the area was so surreal. It was unbelievable! Also, the tour was good; the bus was a big, nice, clean bus, and our guide Mari-san was an absolute delight! Such a sweet and helpful lady and a hard worker. To anyone who's thinking about booking this trip, JUST DO IT!

Comida increíble y un guía increíble que explicó mucho durante el viaje. ¡Los monos de la nieve no decepcionaron! ¡Prepárense para senderos helados y embarrados y usen botas de montaña! Vi muchos tenis blancos (¡pero no por mucho tiempo!). ¡El barro también salpicará un poco! Lo tenía en la parte de atrás de mis piernas. Vístanse apropiadamente, hace frío 🥶 ¡pero vale mucho la pena!

The two drivers drove very safely and made sure to get everyone to where we needed to be on time. Our tour guide and her assistant were also very kind and made sure we kept our time properly. The snow monkies were adorable and plentiful, we were lucky to see them in the onsets and out and about near the river. The sukiyaki lunch was okay, bring plenty of snacks and drinks for the long road trip. We did not bring shoe clamps and did not end up renting them from the tour group or from the shop at the snow monkey park, but they are available for people to rent/buy if needed. The trek from the parking lot to the snow monkey location depends on personal fitness, but averaged about 35-40 minutes for most of our group.

It was an amazing day! The entire team that accompanied us were excellent and pleasant people, they took great care of us! The monkey park is simply a magical place! We managed to take many photos and videos, there was enough time, but now I would gladly go to this place for an overnight stay! Absolutely worth the money and time spent! I recommend it to everyone!
