Parque dos Macacos da Neve de Nagano e Tour Cultural Shibu Onsen

Fantastisk eftermiddagstur. Apene skuffede ikke, vi var der til eftermiddagsfodring, så vi var meget heldige at se så mange af dem løbe rundt og gennem folkemængderne uden tøven. Vores guide Rosella var strålende! Hun var organiseret, imødekommende og så sjov! Hendes viden om lokalområderne og abeparken var omfattende - intet spørgsmål forblev ubesvaret. Jeg vil absolut anbefale dig at tage denne tur med Rosella.

BEST TOUR GUIDE EVER!!!! This was so much fun and not only did we get to learn about the town and the people who live there, but the guide also informed us about her experiences and told us how the town inspired Studio Ghibli's movie "Spirited Away." Make sure you listen to the guide; she will give you pointers on how to walk to get to the monkeys 🐒. Also, if you have plans for after this event, make sure you give yourself an hour and a half or two hours as a buffer time. Though we didn't have issues, the guide informed us about their last tour and how road conditions and a power outage delayed people for things. Luckily, even the train was delayed because of the weather conditions causing problems.

Tom was an amazing guide with so much knowledge on all of the areas we’re passing through, the monkeys, while there weren’t many due to the time of year, we’re so cute super unbothered by everything. Our guide was so patient and happy to give us any and all information regarding anything we went past including facts about the farms in the area. 10/10 would recommend

We had so much fun on this tour and our guide was amazing. She had a great sense of humour and was so knowledgeable about the apple orchards and ski mountains. Pretty much everything we passed on the way to the monkeys, she would tell us something about it. I can’t remember her name, but she is from Italy and made us feel like we were just on a day trip with a friend! When we got to the monkey park, it was an easy walk up to where they were. We stopped and got the yummiest apple pie on the way up, and wow, there were monkeys everywhere! They’re so calm and just walk straight past you. They were so cute, I definitely recommend this tour! 😊

The guide was very helpful and taught us about the history and many customs of the area, from Nozawa Onsen to the Monkey Park and Shibu Onsen. The hike to the Monkey Park was a bit challenging, but seeing the monkeys bathing in the onsen was an incredible experience. After that, we stopped at a brewery before heading into Shibu Onsen, where our guide answered questions and showed us some interesting parts of town. She took us to several beautiful sights in Shibu Onsen, and my favorite was the ryokan that inspired the bathhouse in Spirited Away.

The Nagano Snow Monkeys tour was a great experience and very well organized. The guide made everything easy to understand and the transportation was smooth. Seeing the snow monkeys up close in their natural environment was incredible and something really unique to Japan. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Nagano.

Absolutně úžasný zážitek! Prohlídka parku sněžných opic nám navždy zůstane v srdcích. Naše průvodkyně byla perfektní – neuvěřitelně laskavá, pozorná a starostlivá ke všem ve skupině. Během celé prohlídky bylo jasné, jak moc jí na každém člověku skutečně záleželo. Okamžik, který se nás hluboce dotkl, byl, když mi laskavě nabídla svůj vlastní klobouk, abych necítila zimu. Takové ohleduplné a srdečné gesto. Řidič si také zaslouží zvláštní pochvalu za jeho vynikající a bezpečnou jízdu, zejména v zasněžených podmínkách, díky čemuž byla cesta velmi pohodlná a uklidňující. Důrazně doporučujeme! Tato prohlídka byla skutečně nezapomenutelná.

The tour was really on time, but I didn't feel rushed. I think we all had enough time to do our own thing at every stop we made. I was traveling solo, and the guide, Tome, really took care of everyone in our group. I would recommend this tour to everyone.

Okay, our guide for the day was an Aussie 🤠, that's not important but it sure was helpful when it came to communication, which can be tricky in Japan if you don't speak the language. The monkeys were great to see, just wandering about without a care in the world. The sake and beer place was also interesting. I also came to understand Onsens better than I did before; I never realized what they exactly were (not simply a hot pool 😂) but more of an experience in Japanese culture. This trip is well worth taking, and he got us back to the station just in time to catch the bullet train back to Nagano (10 minutes by bullet). We had a great afternoon 🙏👍😇

Our tour guide Tom was amazing; he had excellent experience and knowledge of the area and took us to so many fun places. The Snow Monkey experience was so much fun, and we really loved walking through Shibu and visiting the shops. If you visit Nagano, I recommend you take this tour; it is unforgettable.
