It's great, welcome to book! The coach is very attentive and teaches very well. They will contact you beforehand to discuss, and there will be a 1.5-hour break at noon. If you need more advanced instruction, it's taught by TORU, who is Japanese but speaks English and Chinese.

Kenn, the young Chinese coach, also has excellent Japanese. He was very understanding when I got lost and was late, and helped me translate when renting equipment. I was wearing too many layers and protective gear for snowboarding, making it hard to get up. Thank you for repeatedly pulling me up and encouraging me. As a complete beginner, he guided me through different beginner slopes, helped me overcome my fear of steep inclines, and accommodated my frequent breaks due to fatigue and stomach ache. The Nozawa Onsen ski resort has convenient access to water and restrooms. Highly recommended! 👍

First day on skis, thanks to Coach Toru for taking me to the beginner slope in the sun-drenched forest. I successfully skied down the lift and made turns without falling the last two times. He took beautiful photos and videos for me, and carried my thermos the whole way. It was a very rewarding first day on skis.
