The environment was great, on level 10 of the Carlton Hotel Bangkok. Very convenient if you were staying at the hotel. Clean with a nice view. However, my wife was not too impressed or happy with the massage therapy; it could have been better.

This branch offers excellent service. The staff are friendly and polite, and the whole environment is very chill and upscale. The mango sticky rice is very sweet and delicious. The masseuse also kindly showed me the view from the room. It was very quiet during the massage, allowing for complete relaxation. Highly recommended! 👍🏻

The aromatherapists are very nice. Although we missed our booking time, they were able to accept and rearrange another time for us. Also, after the relaxing massages, we can enjoy the fresh mango sticky rice dessert!

First, call the branch to confirm the time and number of people, and purchase the discount on Klook one day in advance. I booked the branch located in the hotel where I was staying and provided my room number when making the reservation. That evening, the branch staff called to offer an earlier service time. The shop environment was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff first offered iced tea and a cold towel. After changing into slippers, I entered the massage room. I chose the hot stone massage, and the process was impeccable, except for a slight noise when preparing the hot stones; if you want to sleep, perhaps another package would be more suitable. Afterwards, I was arranged to rest in the lounge, where the staff prepared hot tea and mango sticky rice for me. Regarding the price, Klook was $32 HKD cheaper per person compared to the original price at the shop. Highly recommended.

The branch replied very quickly, which was excellent! This time, I chose a 90-minute hot stone massage, with 6 essential oils to choose from. The room decor was simple and comfortable. In addition to the aromatherapy massage, the masseuse placed hot stones on my stomach and back and used them for the massage. It was warm and the hour and a half passed very quickly. Afterwards, mango sticky rice was already set up in the lobby for us to enjoy. The mango was very sweet, and it was delicious with the coconut milk and sticky rice. Crispy toppings were also sprinkled on top, enhancing the texture! I will choose to have a massage here again next time!

The branch services and environment within the hotel are quite good. I had a 165-minute spa, including a 60-minute scrub, 60-minute essential oil massage, and a 45-minute foot massage, which was very comfortable. Afterwards, I also had mango sticky rice.
