I made a mistake with my reservation date, but they were able to change it as planned. Their kind and prompt service was very helpful. The facility had a calm atmosphere, and the food was delicious; I was very satisfied.

Booked the day bed option. Staff were polite and attentive. Food and drink had a lot of variety and were quick. Facilities were clean. Nice music too. Will definitely come back.

I chose this place because I had to go near Pandawa Beach, and it was a good choice. Being right next to the sea, it really felt like a beach club. However, there's only one main swimming pool, and the water felt a bit dirty. I understand this is a new product being sold on Klook, but the staff didn't seem very familiar with it, so their handling of things was a bit lacking. The food tasted good, but we felt that the dishes we ordered were treated somewhat differently, though we couldn't confirm it. For example, we ordered chicken wings as one of our four menu items, but what came out looked more like nuggets than wings. I've never seen boneless wings before. Yet, when I saw the food being served at the cabana next to us, they had bone-in wings. Only the staff who handled it would know the truth. The staff's attitude was friendly.

Although the location is a bit on the outskirts, I highly recommend it if the distance isn't an issue for you. It's great for families, has a good view, and the food is decent too! I came with a Klook discount.

Plage club assez sympa. Par contre, les toilettes souterraines sentaient le moisi ou quelque chose comme ça.
