One of my favorite experiences in Uluwatu. The room was spacious and stunning, with an amazing view of the island. Had the best Balinese massage from Ensi, I managed to relax the moment she laid her hands on my skin. ❤️ recommended to friends, would definitely visit again.

Tempatnya sangat indah. Resepsionis sangat ramah dan membantu selama proses pendaftaran. Terapis pijat saya adalah Rita, dia melakukan pekerjaan yang sangat baik sehingga saya tertidur selama sesi. 10/10 akan memesan lagi jika saya kembali ke Uluwatu lain kali!

This was by far one of my favorite messages! I got the 90-minute hot stone massage and my masseuse - Ayu - was amazing! Just the right amount of pressure to undo all the tension but not so much that it was unpleasant! It was just right! Greeted with a cucumber and honey drink and cold towel - at the end there is a shower room with amenities and a fantastic hair dryer! When you finish and are downstairs they finish with a ginger and honey tea and cookies! Perfect! I got this with the Klook spa and dine package and it was well worth it!!

The booking process was terrible. When I booked through Klook, I had already selected a specific time. However, on the morning of the scheduled day, at 8 AM, I received an email from the spa saying they didn't have availability for my 11 AM appointment and asked me to change it to 3 PM that same afternoon. I couldn't make it, so I requested a refund. They told me to contact Klook, but I only received AI responses. By then, it was already past the free cancellation period on Klook. The spa then said they would contact Klook, but after a week, I still haven't received any updates from the spa.
