Upon entering, you'll first sign in and fill out some information. After a brief explanation, you'll change into a bathrobe for the hot stone spa. For my first hot stone spa experience, the temperature wasn't as high as I expected, which was a comfortable temperature to lie in, and the time seemed to fly by. Finally, you'll sign again and drink something that tastes very much like a vegetable and fruit juice, but in reality, it tastes like tea.

The overall introduction was very detailed and friendly, and everything was readily available. You only need to bring yourself, no need to prepare anything else. It was very warm and special.

The stone bed was hard, and it gradually got hotter. I started sweating after 15 minutes, but for me, I didn't sweat a lot. After the session, you can shower, and shampoo, body wash, and lotion are all provided. There's no hard selling, and absolutely no pressure at all 👍🏻

The overall environment is comfortable, and they reminded me of the precautions for use. The provided slimming tea + lemon water tasted great, and I drank many cups. They didn't push sales too hard.

The hot stone spa room was very comfortable, with a moderate temperature and complimentary tea and drinks. The essential oil massage helped me relax. It's definitely worth coming again.

Ganbanyoku is a bit like a sauna, but you lie on a bed of stones, feeling the heat slowly rise, making your whole body warm and sweaty. However, there are showers available afterwards. Before you lie on the stones, they'll conduct a consultation, asking if you're menstruating, pregnant, have allergies, heart conditions, etc., to ensure there are no issues. Afterwards, you'll be given a green drink to rehydrate. The green drink doesn't have much taste, it just looks a bit strange. I booked a 45-minute session, but from the consultation to leaving the shop, it took over an hour and a half.

It was required to call in to make the reservation for your session but the person who picked up the phone didn’t really speak English when you called them so it was a bit uneasy to communicate what you wanted. after you got to the spa then people could speak more English. if only we could make the reservation online, would make things much easier.
