The main point is that it's a lazy workout where you can lie down and sweat for 2 hours per session. I love it! 💕

After three rounds following the process, my body truly felt much lighter and refreshed. I recommend choosing off-peak hours, either when they first open or close to closing time. The public facilities are compact; there are two shower rooms and two small toilets. The hot stone foot bath in the resting area only has one platform, so you have to take turns. Fortunately, the ladies present at the time were elegant and respectful, allowing everyone to use the facilities smoothly, for which I am very grateful.
