Passeio Privado às Cachoeiras Sendang Gile e Tiu Kelep em Lombok

The agent is very responsive and on time. After booking, the agent already gave me the information through WhatsApp (I like it because it's easy to communicate). I'm glad because we could change the pickup point from the Kuta area to the Senggigi area (because we changed our hotel). The drivers are really friendly and helpful. They even prepared us snacks and mineral water in the car. They shared information and history about Lombok during our 2-hour trip to the waterfall so we wouldn't get bored. Once we arrived at the waterfall, the tour guide was really soft-spoken and helpful! He offered to carry our backpack (our bags are small). He also shared information about the waterfall. He suggested we try simple water rafting just to experience it, and we all loved it! You guys can see it in my photos. He is also good at taking our videos and photos. They delivered everything mentioned in the package, and everything was on time. We had lunch at Villa Bamboo, and the food was delicious. We also went to Sasak Village to see the traditional life there. They wanted to take us to Monkey Park, but we didn't want to because all of us are scared of monkeys 😅😅 Overall, I have no regrets, and this package was worth my money. Thank you.

Exceptional trip. Incredible waterfalls and walking through the jungle to get to them was a great addition to everything. Reza was my guide and he was great, sharing local knowledge and pointing out the best ways to cross the river. Wear water shoes or shoes that can get wet because you will be crossing the river on several occasions. Sam was, for the third time, my driver for the day and I cannot say enough good things about him. It was a pleasure traveling with him.

Transfer: Kami dijemput di hotel kami di Pantai Kuta tepat waktu dan sopir kami Riyadi mengantar kami sampai ke sisi lain pulau. Dengan minuman dan makanan ringan disediakan. Dia kemudian mengantar kami kembali ke Kuta. Pengalaman yang fantastis. Sendang Gile dan Tiu Kelep: Ketika kami tiba, kami bertemu pemandu kami Man dan salah satu anggota staf yang membawa kami mendaki ke air terjun. Sendang Gile berjarak sekitar 15 menit dari titik awal pendakian dan kemudian Tiu Kelep berjarak tambahan 20 menit.

We arrived at the trekking starting point, a cafe, in just under two hours from the Senggigi Holiday Resort Lombok Hotel, with a short break along the way. From there, we walked with our guide towards the waterfall. There aren't many steep slopes, so I think even children can reach the waterfall, but the path is narrow, and about half of it has spots where "if you fall, you'll die," so if you're accompanied by children, I highly recommend holding their hands. We reached the first waterfall in about 25 minutes from the cafe. It was lively with rest areas and stalls. From there, after walking about 35 minutes along a rocky path, we arrived at the famous waterfall seen in pictures. We crossed the river twice (it's shallow) along the way, so shoes that can get wet are recommended. While you could go in flip-flops, sports sandals are safer (to prevent injuries). You can get close enough to touch both waterfalls. It's an experience you can't have in Japan. After returning to the cafe, we had lunch (at our own expense) at a restaurant with a wonderful view of a nearby hotel, and then the tour concluded. Our driver, Riadi, and guide, Sardi, were very service-minded and entertained us throughout the journey. It was an incredibly powerful experience, and I'm glad we went.

The trekking tour was so good!! Riyadia, our driver and guide, was the best👍 He gave kind explanations and, most importantly, drove very safely and well!! Tour guide Riyadi is exceptionally helpful, consistently going out of his way to ensure our needs are met. He is attentive, friendly and approachable demeanor makes him easy to communicate with, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the tour.

It was a very pleasant tour having accompanied by Alex and Pak Faiz. They were very friendly and generous in sharing info. Not only did we enjoy the outstanding view of the waterfalls, we also appreciated the significance of location's history. Nice👍

Riyadi was amazing and super helpful guiding and driving us throughout the trip with many interesting stories and recommendations for our stay in Lombok. The trip to the waterfall was so smooth, and we managed to get pretty pictures. I would recommend Riyadi and this trip to my friends.
