The hotel staff were friendly, the room was comfortable, and the balcony offered lake views and sunset, which was amazing!!! The ski resort was very large, and we had a fantastic time. Although the amusement park facilities are a bit old, they are still very enjoyable. The customer service center staff were very polite and helped us exchange our package tickets and book seats for 'Dream Back to Lingnan'~ We are very satisfied with this trip.

Booking tickets with Klook is both convenient and simple. Plus, the hotel and water park package offers great value. The hotel environment and buffet breakfast were excellent, and my two children had a fantastic time. I will definitely book hotels with Klook again next time.

The hotel rooms are clean and tidy, very close to shopping malls and entertainment venues, just a few minutes' drive away, and there's a hotel shuttle bus. The breakfast is rich and delicious, and the Thursday night buffet for 99 yuan is excellent value. The package includes skiing and snow play. We paid extra for a private coach at the entrance for 1700 yuan for 4 children, and they learned to ski in two hours 👍👍👍

It's been a long, long time since I took my son on a staycation, and finally, travel restrictions have eased! My top priorities were convenient transportation, high value for money, and family fun! This time, I chose a package for the Guangzhou Huadu Sunac Mauve Hill Hotel, and my son Jordan had a fantastic time. The hotel's breakfast buffet was rich and exquisite, and the surrounding area was incredibly convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping! This experience was very satisfying. Besides the snow park, there's also an amusement park and a water world nearby! We'll definitely go again in the near future!

The hotel front desk service was excellent and commendable. The hotel's decor and environment are beautiful, and the breakfast was delicious. Skiing was a lot of fun, although it was a Saturday and the slopes were crowded, it was still very much worth the visit.

The rooms are clean, the buffet offers a wide variety of dishes, and there are late-night food stalls, several convenience stores, a swimming pool, and a large gym nearby. It's also close to the ski resort, making it suitable for a one or two-day stay.

The hotel offers a shuttle bus service to Sunac Mall every 30 minutes, with approximately 15 seats. Walking to Sunac Mall takes about 10 minutes. The hotel features garden and lake views, and rooms are equipped with balconies.
