The room facilities are complete, and the air conditioning was very effective during the two hot days in Guangzhou. The front desk service was excellent and service-oriented. The breakfast variety could be richer. There's a supermarket across the mall, which is convenient for buying fruits and yogurt. It's about a ten-minute walk to the subway. This is a very cost-effective choice in this area.

The hotel rooms are large and located opposite Sunac Mall, making it convenient for skiing. I chose to have breakfast at 9 AM during off-peak hours, but it was still very crowded, and there were no seats available in the lobby. What's commendable is that the staff tried their best to keep the food continuously supplied. Regarding the Sunac Snow Park package, although I booked unlimited skiing, I arrived at 2:30 PM and had to wait over 3 hours to enter because all the equipment had been rented out. I only got to ski for 2 hours before it was 8:00 PM, which was a terrible experience. However, the Sunac Land Circus was spectacular and worth seeing.

Exchanging tickets for skiing and the circus performance was smooth. The ski resort isn't huge, but it's more than enough for beginners like us. The ski equipment is complete; the clothes felt warm when picked up, so they should have been disinfected, but I'm not sure about the helmets. If you're concerned about helmet cleanliness, I recommend bringing a shower cap or disposable head cover. Also, remember to bring gloves; if you don't have any, there are many vendors outside selling them.
