The hotel's hot springs are indeed excellent, with over a dozen individual small pools. We went on a Friday, and it wasn't very crowded, so the experience was very good. Both dinner and breakfast are buffets. If there aren't many people, I recommend exploring the surrounding area for food. If I have time next time, I would definitely go back to enjoy the hot springs again.

The hotel's hot springs already meet the needs for a hot spring experience. Rooms with private hot tubs might offer a bit more privacy, but we basically didn't use the private tub in our room at the hotel. 🌝🌝🌝

What a great deal, the Chinese New Year discount is fantastic! After comparing many places, this one offers the best value! The hotel service is excellent, the water quality is superb, the facilities are very new, and the breakfast selection is quite rich. There are many farmhouses nearby, all within walking distance! I will definitely book this hot spring hotel again next time. Little tip: ❤️❤️ Go for a soak at night when there are fewer people, and the water temperature is perfectly warm. There's also the Mibu Town next door, with a popular mini train ride! Remember to check it out!

The environment is quiet and pleasant, and the room is reasonably clean, but overall it's a bit old. The staff are not proactive in helping, but their attitude is acceptable. The hot springs are generally good, but lack maintenance. If improvements are made, it could receive a higher rating.

This Golden Week gave me a delightful holiday experience. The Zhuosidao Hot Spring Resort is a discreet yet luxurious five-star hot spring resort. The hardware facilities and management team demonstrated excellent service. The front desk manager and staff completed the check-in process in just two minutes, which deserves a big thumbs up! Fresh welcome fruits were delivered within half an hour of checking in, and in the evening, turn-down service was provided, with all toiletries replaced – another thumbs up. The hot spring pools were clean and hygienic, and the water temperature was just right. The massage techniques were good, and the restaurant's food was excellent. There are many attractions nearby, and parking is convenient. The three-day, two-night holiday experience was fantastic. The only downside was that I wanted to extend my stay for another night, but there were no rooms available – the hotel is simply too popular!

🚗 Transportation: A taxi from Conghua Bus Station to the hotel costs about 65 yuan. 🧹 Hygiene: The overall hygiene of the room was not bad, but there were some stains on the bedsheets. 🍃 Environment: It has a forest-like feel... There are about 10 hot spring pools, and I especially liked the rose pool, milk pool, mint pool, and mugwort pool. 🔔 Service: The hotel lobby manager was very good; we arrived at the hotel around 2:30 PM, and they quickly arranged our check-in. This time, I specifically booked a private hot spring room, which has its own independent hot spring ♨️.

This was my first stay at Zhuosidao, and overall I found the hotel clean and comfortable. The villa offered great privacy, and the scenery was pleasant. The private hot spring pool was perfect for kids to play with water guns. The children's water park was fun and safe, and there was a good variety of hot spring pools. I especially want to commend the front desk lady; seeing that I had two young children, she proactively offered assistance and patiently and meticulously answered all my questions. My children said they want to choose this place for their next vacation 🏖

Even on a weekday, there were many guests, but since I am a person with a disability, the hotel allowed me to check in early. However, the hot spring area is really not disability-friendly... Does being disabled mean I can't go out and travel? There are stairs everywhere. Although the staff helped me push my wheelchair, when it came to going up the stairs, the staff asked someone who temporarily couldn't walk to go up and down the stairs on their own, and then just took the wheelchair away. This really made me angry 😡

This is my third stay! As always, it's great! 1. Location: It's right by the road, easy to find, with many restaurants nearby, and convenient parking. 2. Service: The front desk ladies are patient and meticulous, always ready to help solve problems. Every time I call the service desk, they respond quickly! I especially want to commend the golf cart driver. We stayed in a villa, and we had to call for a golf cart every time we went out or came back. They were always quick and patiently helped us move our belongings! 3. Suitable for family vacations: Three generations of our family went together, and everyone had a wonderful time. The children had a blast! The hot springs and swimming pools are quite good, and the kids absolutely loved the children's pool! 4. Dining: Breakfast is also good, though 10 AM closing is a bit early for a vacation.
