The temperature difference was significant during my visit at the end of November. It was around 23 degrees Celsius during the day, but only about 7 degrees in the morning and at night. The hot springs are outdoors, and I already felt a bit cold when I wanted to go after checking in in the afternoon. It would have been even more difficult to go at night. Also, many pools were not open or had no water when I went in the morning. Since we stayed in the villa area, we had two experiences where we couldn't get the shuttle bus. The hotel front desk said we could call for a car by pressing 0 on the room phone: the first time I called, I waited a long time, but no car came; the second time, when I called in the morning, the phone couldn't connect! Both times, we ended up having to walk to the main building ourselves. As we had elderly people with us, it was very inconvenient. For those interested in visiting, I suggest staying in the main building might be better. Additionally, when checking in, I asked if reservations were needed for the dinner buffet and the price. The front desk inquired with the restaurant and replied that we could just go directly and pay upon arrival. We had already purchased a children's package at the front desk (including breakfast, dinner, hot springs, and entertainment activities). When we arrived at the restaurant around 6 PM, the hostess at the entrance immediately said it was full, and a group had made reservations, so there were no seats. We explained that the front desk said no reservation was needed and that we had already bought the children's package. She told us to go back to the front desk for a refund. It was already dark, and we weren't sure what restaurants were nearby. After arguing with her, she finally said there were seats at the outdoor bar, but it would be cold there, or we could come back after 7 PM for a table. The service attitude of that staff member needs improvement; it felt like she was trying to turn us away and not do business with us: firstly, although the bar area is semi-open, the weather wasn't very cold, so it was actually acceptable, and other guests also sat in that area after we did; secondly, when we finished eating and left after 7 PM, we saw that there was no food being replenished. If we had listened to her and come back at 7 PM, there wouldn't have been much good food left. However, the scenery there is still quite good.

The breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent, with many choices. The rooms and hot spring area were quite large, with many pools. We spent a comfortable three days and two nights with our family.

Comfortable environment, wide food selection, and a happy holiday spent with family.

This package includes rafting, but the hotel says it doesn't. Why? Cleanliness:

The breakfast and dinner buffets were both great, with plenty of choices. The room was clean, and the hot spring area was quite large with many pools. My friend and I had a comfortable two-day, one-night stay.
