This is our second stay at the Panshan Villa, and we continue to praise its environment and service. The villa has a Thai style, spacious and grand, and the private hot spring pool is a favorite of the children. All toiletries are L'Occitane, and electric buggies are available on call for getting around the villa. The hot spring center has 26 hot spring pools, offering a wide variety to meet the entertainment needs of both adults and children.

The rooms here are nice, with L'Occitane toiletries and Thai-style decor. The private hot spring pool is about 40℃ or higher, but the outdoor hot spring pool is only about 30℃ during the day and about 20℃ at night. None of the hot spring pools have natural springs; they are just regular pools. If you come, we recommend choosing a villa, as standard rooms do not have private hot spring pools, and the outdoor hot springs are of very average quality. On Mondays, the popular 'Bird's Nest' pool is closed for service, which is completely different from the photos – it's a 'photo lie'.

The accommodation environment was impeccable: the room was spacious, bright, and exuded a vacation feel. The bedding was comfortable, and the daily cleaning was meticulous, reflecting the team's commitment to quality everywhere. What touched us most was how the manager always quickly coordinated solutions when we had needs. His warm smile and sincere attitude made us truly feel "at home." With such dedicated service combined with excellent facilities, I wholeheartedly recommend it to all my friends!

The room layout is well-designed, the bedding is clean and comfortable, and you can enjoy tea and the view from the balcony. The hot spring area has a beautiful environment with a Thai-style design and lush greenery, allowing you to leisurely enjoy the hot springs even in the hot summer. Attendants promptly provide luo han guo tea, mineral water, and clean towels. The sesame chicken, a must-order every time we dine at the restaurant, is delicious. The variety of the breakfast buffet is a bit limited due to fewer guests. The hotel provides seasonal fruits and electric shuttle carts on call, showcasing the staff's meticulous and enthusiastic service everywhere.

I am very particular about hotel beds; I get annoyed if I don't sleep well, so I usually ask if the bed will be very soft or if I can request a harder one when booking a hotel. The bed here is very comfortable. For those who, like me, have specific requirements for beds, you can choose to stay here. It's worth experiencing.
