We had the best day with our driver Artaguna. He was our own personal Bali encyclopedia. Our day started at the coffee plantation, followed by 3 different waterfalls and ending the day off at the Uluwatu temple and the fire dance. Our driver was professional and very knowledgeable. We had time to walk around at our own pace and did not feel rushed at all and everything was on schedule. Artaguna handled all the tickets and admissions like a pro and made us feel like VIP. Would highly recommend this tour and if you are so fortunate to get Artaguna as your driver your day will be one to remember.

Thanks to our wonderful drivers, Yoga and Dewa, we had a fantastic day from morning till night. They served as drivers, tour guides, and even photographers. Yoga is incredibly kind and full of hospitality, always prioritizing our needs. Dewa is lively and made our car rides enjoyable, teaching us many things about Bali. (We were a group of 8, split into two cars). Regardless of the tour content, these two guides are highly recommended for their flexibility and willingness to happily accommodate our requests. The waterfall and coffee plantation were lovely, but the Kecak dance was truly amazing. We highly recommend attending the 6 PM show to watch the sunset with the performance. Guide: Jhon is an excellent guide for taking photos. If you're traveling alone and worried about not getting good pictures, he's perfect for you (I wish I had known how good he was, I would have brought my camera too!). He's also incredibly patient, constantly taking photos and videos for you (I'm too shy to post my personal photos). It was great that we only booked the day before the trip and still found such a good guide! Jhon was very punctual and attentive. Because we booked late, some tickets were already sold out, but Jhon went out of his way to find tickets for us and even arranged a visit to a coffee plantation. In the car, he often asked us what music we wanted to listen to or if we preferred quiet. He even shared his Spotify so we could choose. We didn't have any strong preferences, so we let him choose, and his playlist was perfect for us. When we decided we didn't want to go to the third waterfall and instead wanted to visit a museum near the coffee plantation, and preferred street food over the restaurant originally planned, Jhon did everything he could to accommodate us. He constantly asked if there were any other sights we wanted to see, checking if we had time to fit them in, and frequently checked on our safety at attractions and on the road. Itinerary: Also, if you, like me, are staying in Ubud town, I personally feel that spending 5-6 hours round trip to Uluwatu to watch the Kecak dance is a bit too far for the Klook itinerary. Moreover, after entering the theater, you have to wait for over an hour for the performance to start (of course, you can wait until the last minute to enter, but you might not get a seat and have to stand, and if too many audience members are late, it can delay the start of the show). To watch this performance, you'll spend about 8 hours of your trip. I personally think there are excellent similar performances in Ubud town. Of course, the view from the Uluwatu Temple theater faces the sea, but from around 4 pm to 6 pm, waiting for the show to start is really too sunny. I don't mind direct sunlight myself, I just felt the wait was too long, but elderly people and infants should be careful! The entire trip usually ends around 9 pm to 10 pm, not 7 pm as stated on the website.

This was a one of a kind experience that created lasting memories of a lifetime. The tour included visits to some of the most breathtakingly beautiful waterfalls around Ubud and the views were straight out of a dream. I was so thankful for my driver, Eka who also doubled as my personal photographer and took some of the best photos ever! Also, thanks to him, while I got to leisurely explore the Uluwatu temple he secured the Kecak dance tickets that is very high in demand! Hundreds line up to get to experience the ceremonial fire dance that I really enjoyed. It was epic to experience during the gorgeous sunset views in the background and the show itself was amazing! Very adventurous day that I would Highly recommend! Thanks to my driver, tour guide, photographer, and cultural advisor Eka for making it extra special! :)

Tuvimos un itinerario de día completo increíble con nuestro conductor y guía, Pak Artaguna. Fue muy amable, hablaba inglés con fluidez, tenía buenas habilidades de conducción y era una persona muy paciente y siempre dispuesta a ayudar. Tuvimos un comienzo de día difícil debido a la lluvia, pero fue muy flexible y propuso comenzar el día una hora más tarde mientras nosotros seguíamos descansando en la habitación. Hubo suficientes descansos y tiempo entre cada parada sin sentirnos apurados en absoluto. Siempre que terminábamos, él estaba allí con el coche listo para llevarnos a la siguiente parada. Nuestro día terminó muy tarde después de la cena, cerca de la medianoche, debido al mal tiempo y al tráfico pesado, pero no hubo quejas en absoluto. El coche también estaba muy limpio tanto por dentro como por fuera. Esta es una experiencia muy encomiable y estamos extremadamente agradecidos de habernos encontrado con él. ¡Esperamos hacer más tours como este con Arta de nuevo!

It was a very nice tour, and despite the Balinese traffic, it was worth it! We saw some beautiful sights! We also recommend our driver Gede Soma♥️, he was super kind, very helpful, and waited in line to buy tickets for us. He is a wonderful person! Thank you

Dieser Tag war einfach unglaublich. Die vielseitige Reiseroute war voller "Wow"-Momente mit Kaffeeplantagen, Wasserfällen und Kecak-Tanz. Aber was den Tag wirklich unvergesslich machte, war mein Reiseleiter Dika, der alles getan hat, um sicherzustellen, dass ich einen besonderen Tag hatte. Er gab mir jederzeit ein Gefühl von Sicherheit und Komfort. Ich habe so viel über die balinesische Kultur und den Hinduismus gelernt. Am Ende des Tages wartete Dika sogar mit mir auf meinen Airbnb-Gastgeber, um sicherzustellen, dass ich sicher in meiner Unterkunft ankam. Ich werde diesen Tag für immer in Erinnerung behalten. We had the best experience for this tour as our tour guide/driver, Mr Putu Deo was very punctual and attentive to our needs. He took good pictures and videos which made our trip even more enjoyable. He take good care of us throughout the journey. Trip tour package is highly recommended if you love waterfalls and sunset at Uluwatu. Thank you again, Mr Putu Deo.

We booked the waterfall, Uluwatu temple and Kecak dance. Artaguna, our guide and driver, arrived on time and waited kindly for us even though we were late. Thank you, Artaguna. We made reservations to go to 3 waterfalls, but for convenience's sake, we changed our itinerary to only visit Tibuwana Falls and Tegenungan Falls. Artaguna (our guide) was kind enough to accommodate our schedule changes. The waterfall was really nice. My wife also enjoyed swimming at the waterfall. The road wasn't difficult, but if you're going to go into the waterfall, take a swimsuit and towel. Then, in our spare time, we enjoyed a delicious lunch and coffee and moved to Uluwatu Temple. The travel time was a bit long, but the guide was fun so it was okay. Uluwatu Temple is really wonderful. But be careful of the gangster monkeys. Steals your sunglasses and demands food. And I didn't have high expectations for the Kecak dance, but it was really nice to see. However, the sunlight will be strong while you wait, so prepare in advance. We had different pick-up and drop-off locations, but Artaguna kindly helped us with this as well. I really recommend it to anyone who wants to experience a wonderful waterfall and unique culture.
