Rafting Trip: First section - Fast forward (a speed acceptable for both seniors and children), like a spinning teacup, fast forward with slow rotation, offering 360-degree mountain views. Middle section - The river flow slows down, making it easy to get stuck. You can use your core strength to get unstuck, or stand up and pull the lifebuoy. Just be aware that jumping back into the lifebuoy requires some effort. You can also wait for the instructor to help. Final section - The river flow is at its slowest. Many people relax and lie back, enjoying the sky, and some even close their eyes to rest. It's as if they want to drift all the way to the estuary (you'd better be sure about that!).

Very interesting. One of our friends felt unwell during the activity, and the coach patiently took care of them. Highly recommend everyone to try it.

It was very fun and interesting, a brand new experience for the kids. Although the sun was strong and it was easy to get sunburned, it was very exciting! 👍
