The method for picking up the scooter was to scan a QR code, add them on LINE, then upload photos of the scooter's exterior and dashboard. After that, I could ride off. The scooter was in good condition and came with a phone holder and two helmets. When returning the scooter, I wasn't sure how to do it, so I called beforehand to ask. They said someone would be waiting there, and I just needed to take photos and upload them, returning it the same way I borrowed it. However, when I arrived, there was no one in sight 🫠, so I just took photos, uploaded them, and left. I suggest that the pick-up and return process be explained more clearly on Klook. Also, the pick-up point was a bit different from what was shown in the video, so it might be clearer to call for confirmation.

The service was very professional, and the car was in excellent condition. The tour routes were rich and varied, allowing us to fully explore the beautiful scenery of Green Island. The owner didn't receive a notification for vehicle pickup, so we waited a bit. The car looked very new and rode smoothly. The fuel tank was full at pickup; for return, you can either refuel it yourself or pay the shop 100 NTD for them to handle it.

The pick-up point is by the pier. After arriving on the island, please call us and wait for the vehicle. The car was in perfect condition. For online returns, simply park the car and upload photos to complete the return process.

This company doesn't charge for fuel, you don't need to return the car with a full tank, pick-up is quick and hassle-free, and drop-off is self-service and straightforward. The car conditions are pretty much the same across the island, so cheap is good.
