Haha, I tried free diving for the first time in my life in Green Island. I was super nervous, but luckily I met Coach Momo. She was very patient and guided me. I was really a bit scared and felt a lot of pressure, constantly thinking I was out of breath and wanted to surface. She kept telling me, "It's okay, you'll get it with more practice." She watched over me patiently, waiting for me to relax. My family, on the other hand, learned very well; they could dive to 6 meters after just one lesson. Everyone really is different. I was so nervous, and after being in the water for a while, I started to feel a bit cold, so I surfaced relatively quickly. Everyone can check the weather and rent a wetsuit from the shop before going into the water. But I really highly recommend Coach Momo 🩷🩷

I enjoyed my freedive despite the language barrier. The teacher let me ride with her on a motorbike, we spent two hours in open water, and I received images as stated in the voucher.

The instructor's teaching was very professional and friendly, which was reassuring for someone with no experience. The photos and videos taken were also very professional, capturing many wonderful moments and leaving me with precious memories! The overall experience was very enjoyable, and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to try freediving! I even encountered a small sea turtle, which was truly lucky!

I really enjoyed this freediving experience. Even though I had no prior experience, the coach was very dedicated to explaining and helping with photos. The entire process was encouraging, even though I was terrible at first and came up quickly 😂. But after gradually getting used to it, I found it really fun, and the underwater world is truly amazing. I was also lucky enough to see a sea turtle ❤️

This time, I participated in a freediving experience. The coach took me underwater one-on-one and taught me many freediving concepts and techniques, which made me fall in love with this sport. I hope to sign up for a course next time I have the chance to visit Green Island.
