I absolutely love Coach Lu! We specifically chose the Klook small group snorkeling tour because most Green Island snorkeling groups usually have over 10 people. I prefer smaller groups as they offer a higher level of safety, especially since we have children and there's a greater chance of unexpected situations. So, a small group was perfect for us. In the end, it was just our family of three and the coach, which made the entire experience fantastic. Plus, the coach took us to Chaiko, where the coral and fish are incredibly abundant. The weather was also great, so the scenery was absolutely beautiful 🩷🩷 I loved it so much! Even though my child frequently had issues, like saying water got into her eyes one moment and then her nose the next, the coach patiently handled all her problems. He also took tons of photos and videos for us! I highly recommend Coach Lu. After the activity, my child even said she wanted to go again and specifically requested Coach Lu. Another great thing is that before getting into the water, there was a briefing. After that, the coach took us to the intertidal zone of Chaiko's small pond to practice before we went into the deeper water. This made us feel very safe!

This place has excellent service! They are very thoughtful and accommodating to families with children, like us. They even helped soothe our kids and assisted with putting on and taking off equipment, as well as providing on-site instruction. It was very meticulous. We had a young female instructor named Xiao Ru, and such excellent young people deserve encouragement. They also helped us take beautiful photos and videos of the underwater scenery. Superb!

This was my third diving experience, but the first time I felt such a profound and perfect connection. The overall experience far surpassed previous ones, from the instructor's professionalism and meticulousness to the entire team's high attention to detail, all of which made me feel incredibly at ease. Whether it was the explanations on the surface or every movement underwater, the instructor continuously monitored the condition of each student, ensuring everyone could enjoy the fun of diving in a comfortable and safe environment. All my friends agreed that this was the most worthwhile activity of our entire Green Island trip. This time, I was also lucky enough to encounter a sea turtle, and the instructor's photography skills were excellent; every photo was artistic and perfectly documented this journey. The overall environment was clean, the equipment was well-maintained, and the team was very enthusiastic and professional, allowing me to completely let go of any nervousness and fully enjoy the charm of the underwater world. I hope to have the opportunity to return and get my OW certification! I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to try diving or is looking for a high-quality experience.

The overall experience was good and very safe. I was a bit nervous at first, and breathing through my mouth during practice felt a little unusual, but once I was in the sea, it was fine. We even saw a very cute sea turtle, and the fish in the sea were also adorable. It was a novel experience! For women, I recommend tucking all your hair into your goggles 🥽, otherwise, it will fly around.

Wow! I cannot recommend them enough, this place exceeded all expectations. I was surprised to be the only one on the snorkling tour. Liu liu was an awesome teacher, very fun and experienced. I really enjoyed having her by my side! I ended up booking a scuba diving class for a couple hours later, and was once again the only student. I really appreciated the individualized attention, especially as a nervous first-timer. This time I had Liu liu, Janice, and Jerry. They are all so professional and knowledgeable. I felt very safe and calm with Jerry, I think he is an excellent instructor and very patient. Janice also reminded me several times that I did not have to rush, and her happy demeanor put me at ease. I really could not have asked for a better group of teachers! I ended up having anxiety and not finishing, but they invited me to try again the next day. So generous! Please consider this company if you are in Green Island, they have the best people and truly care!

We had an amazing snorkeling experience! Mars and his team made sure we were feeling good the whole time and even taught us some diving skills. Definitely would go again for more snorkeling and scuba diving!
