The overall environment is clean and tidy, suitable for both the elderly and children to stroll around.

The entire environment is very serene and lush green, with several historic buildings dotted throughout. There are also rich textual introductions and guided tours, as well as a paddling pool and a large plaza, perfect for kids to play and for adults to broaden their horizons, all while immersing themselves in a tree-lined environment. The Water Museum is also a great place for a stroll and taking photos, and it's especially suitable for visiting with children. The museum grounds are quite large, so it never feels crowded.

The ticket seller was very friendly. Since we entered the park at 4 PM, the ticket seller specifically reminded us to first visit the three buildings at the back, and then explore the surrounding environment. The interiors of the buildings are excellent for photos, and the scenes are beautiful. There's a magnificent golden wall on the lawn, but because it was getting dark, it didn't look as sparkling in photos. A quick visit takes about an hour. If you're with children, you could spend longer, perhaps planning for a 2-3 hour stay.

The Water Museum exhibits five facilities related to water pipelines, including water intake facilities, sedimentation tanks, filtration chambers, pumping stations, and purification tanks. The historical value of these listed monuments includes their architectural styles, such as Western-style reinforced concrete, red brick buildings, and stone-built flat-roofed houses, each located in different areas.

The on-site ticket price is NT$100 for a full-price ticket. If you use Klook, it's NT$90. Also, a reminder: if you are a Tainan citizen, you can purchase a ticket on-site for NT$50 with valid ID, which is even cheaper. I didn't do my research and just booked directly through Klook! After ordering, I quickly received a QR code.
