Great day trip! We were picked up promptly by our guide, Sam who was great! Excellent service and gave us great insights into the history and culture of Malaysia. Gave us plenty of time at each of the caves and the waterfall to do our own thing, but with clear directions (and fair warning about the many monkeys). I'm glad we started the day at the caves when it was less crowded and got to play in the waterfalls after to cool off. Definitely a good value for your money and we even stopped off at a Batik studio where we got to see how it is made, really interesting! Thanks so much, Sam!

The tour was amazing!! The guide was lovely. On the way there, he told us lots about the history of Malaysia, the Batu caves, highlighted good places to go for food as well as letting us know about the monkeys! The monkeys are quite tame and won't steal your stuff like everyone always says. Just don't bring any food and you'll be fine! Also bring a swimsuit so you can swim in the waterfall!! A few people didn't know you could swim there and it's really nice to go for a dip after hiking alongside the falls!

Super easy and enjoyable tour! It was horribly hot but that made the waterfalls all the more worth it. Standard touristy tour, about 15 people which was nice, and removing the mental load of logistics was worth it. My driver Ammar was very professional, communicated very well, and let us negotiate for time at each spot.

Driver/ guide Abdul was knowledgeable and helpful- transport was clean. Great idea to start with a refreshing swim in the Kanching Falls before the sweaty walk up to the Batu Caves. Watch out for the monkeys though- very cheeky

It was our first experience with Klook. Once we had paid, we immediately received confirmation and details about the trip. Everything went smoothly; our driver even arrived early. We asked him questions and received a lot of useful information. The waterfall was wonderful, and the Batu Caves were impressive.

This was a really nice tour. Our guide was amazing, extremely knowledgeable and attentive. The Batu Cave is okay, but the falls are great. Definitely recommend.

The waterfalls are very nice 👍 the only thing is I didn’t bring my swimming gear with me 😥 I didn’t know you could swim at the falls. If you go there, don’t forget to bring your swimming outfit. The water is very clear and you can see some 🐒 monkeys and fish.

Padu Cave is a must-visit, it's amazing... I didn't expect so many monkeys. It's very dangerous if you look at them... Our driver wasn't a guide and didn't come to the venues with us, but he was so kind to buy bananas for us to feed the monkeys. Kanching Waterfall is also beautiful and full of nature, but it's more for local people, not necessary to visit.

Our driver is on time and speaks fluent English. There were so many monkeys in the area, so don't bring food, even if it's inside your bag. This is a strict 4-hour tour, so expect that you will be short on time.

The Batu Caves and Kanching Waterfall was our first booking with Klook! The booking process was seamless and Exotic Holidays Travel & Tours sent us the driver contact information via email. The driver's name was Rah.v, and he communicated with us via WhatsApp the night before the tour to ensure that we would be picked up and dropped us off at our hotel. However, we didn't realize that with a private tour, there was no guide, so we had to Google for information about the places we visited. My husband and I enjoyed exploring both places. The caves were interesting, and the falls were beautiful and have 7 levels. I could only explore up to 4 levels since the walking paths were difficult to navigate. You will also see monkeys at the falls.
