We were with a family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We loved all of the experiences we did, and so did our kids. Kevin is an excellent guide. He knows everything about Kuala Lumpur and its surroundings, and had great facts and suggestions. He was also great to be around, so we highly recommend him. It was a perfect day to never forget. It was our first experience with Klook, but certainly not our last! So don’t hesitate.

What a fantastic day with Tiena. She is a great driver and guide with a huge knowledge. From first second to the end everything was great. The Batu Caves, the Hindu Tempel and the Fireflies were amazing. Also our dinner at the river was great

Our guide, Kevin, was amazing! He provided great history and information about the sights we were seeing, and was even accommodating when we asked to stop at a place not on the itinerary. He was really good with our kids too, and dinner was delicious! I would definitely recommend him for other families who are looking for a private driver while in Malaysia!

We had a great day, we did everything on the itinerary and didn’t feel rushed. Kevin our driver/tour guide spoke very good English and he was very informative. The seafood dinner was delicious we had 3 different main dishes and 2 rice between 2 of us. The fire flies was really good, again we wasn’t rushed, overloaded and the boats were modern.

The private tour (all in English) I found on Klook this time was very cost-effective. It included a guided tour of important city attractions in Kuala Lumpur. It was wonderful to comfortably reach destinations in an air-conditioned car without having to walk under the scorching sun. The Batu Caves scenery was spectacular, and feeding the silvered leaf monkeys was more fun and cute than expected. The firefly boat tour operator was very clean and tidy, and the fireflies in the mangroves sparkled like stars. Our guide, Mr. JAYA, contacted us the day before and arrived at the hotel on time for pickup. He explained each attraction very diligently and thoroughly, was very attentive to customer feelings throughout the journey, and shared a lot of knowledge and history about Malaysia. I highly recommend requesting him as your private guide.

Great experience with the tour guide and city stories from Daven. Daven is welcoming and we have a joyful trip in Kuala Lumpur. The most impressive experiences are the Batu Caves (what a breathtaking cave!) and the Silver leaf monkey feeding. One of the monkeys stood on my shoulder for food, they are friendly to humans. By the way, the fireflies tour is amazing if you haven't seen the colony of them. If you only have a short visit to Kuala Lumpur and don't want to drive within the city, you can choose this quick trip around KL.

This is a fun and informative tour. We learned a lot from our tour guide, Mr. Ben, about the history and culture of Malaysia. We appreciate that Mr. Ben was very flexible and allowed us to change our pick-up point. He would always inform us of the itinerary and ask our preference. He suggested that we visit the Petronas Tower in the evening, which was great as it was mesmerizing at night. The fireflies were an amazing experience! We don't really get to see them often, as our environment is not that suitable for them. But when we saw them, we were surprised that there were a lot of fireflies along the bushes and trees. The blue tears were also a great experience! It was fun trying to catch the jellyfish, even if it was really strong. We were also impressed by its sparkly blue color! The Batu Cave was a perfect cultural experience.

The private tour, explained by Charlie with his experience and historical knowledge, was more than just impressive! The firefly tour, in particular, made me smile without even realizing it!
