Excursão a Genting Highlands com Teleférico Awana e Premium Outlets

Tahniah kepada agensi pelancongan Exotic Travel dan kepada encik Guna pemandu pelancong kami serta kepada pemandu kami encik Sunder kerana mereka berusaha untuk membawa kami melawat Batu Caves yang sepatutnya tiada dalam jadual perjalanan pada hari itu tetapi ia termasuk dalam harga yang saya bayar. Mereka berjaya menjadikan Batu Caves sebahagian daripada lawatan kami. Terima kasih atas usaha anda dan saya amat menghargainya.

We love this tour! This was supposed to be a join-in tour but we were the only ones in the tour so it ended up becoming a private tour. First of all, the driver/guide Mr Sasi, was very punctual when he picked us up at the hotel. Gave us a good run down of the history of each places we visited and was very pleasant to talk to. Batu Caves was good - a must visit when in KL. The Genting Highlands was also good. The place is HUGEEE - it has an outlet at the buttom, a theme park, hotel, shops, restos - it has everything you could possibly need! The only thing we did not enjoy was the cable car ride (not a fault of the tour provider). Genting Highlands should suspend their cable cars if there is strong wind, not very safe to run it when the cable car cabin is swinging side to side - no heads up from staff that the weather was not pleasant to ride the cable car.

I had a wonderful time in Genting. Our driver Ben was always on time. If you want a glass gondola ride, purchase the GLASS GONDOLA ticket because this package only includes a one-way STANDARD RIDE. I purchased my return trip with the glass gondola. Don't forget to bring your jacket because the place is really cold and foggy at times. The mall in the area is full of affordable items from premium brands. It also has plenty of food options. The casino experience is awesome.

The trip was amazing, my only concern is that one hour for Batu Caves is not enough if we want to climb up and down peacefully. So, if the one hour was changed to 1.5 or 2 hours, it would be great. But overall, it was a great experience.

Genting Highlands exceeded my expectations. Our tour guide’s storytelling made the journey even more captivating, giving us the feeling of entering another world. The cable car ride up the hill was a spectacular experience on its own, offering stunning views before even reaching the top. Once there, the premium outlet, especially the Nike store, is a great spot for Filipinos and other tourists looking for quality shopping. Including Batu Caves in the tour made the trip feel like a complete package. Whether you’re Hindu or not, visiting Batu Caves is a must when you’re in Kuala Lumpur – it’s an iconic cultural and spiritual experience that adds depth to the adventure.

Our tour guide was very informative, and we even got to visit Batu Caves even though it wasn't part of the package, which is a plus. There was also plenty of time for indoor and outdoor rides, but since we're in our thirties, we just played claw machines and took pictures everywhere. You should also be on time, or you might get left behind on the tour. If you have vegetarians with you, there are fewer options for them, but if you're a non-vegetarian, there are many options. So, overall, the tour is a 10/10.

It was a very enjoyable trip. The driver picked us up on time and took us to the cable car station for Genting, where we didn't have to queue to buy tickets. It was well worth it.

We booked a group tour but it ended up being just the two of us plus one other person. We enjoyed learning about the history of the Batu Caves and Genting Highlands, and our guide was lovely and advised us on some local places to see and eat. We weren't very interested in Genting Highlands casino or activities, so after a quick walk around at the top, we returned to the bottom to shop at the Premium Outlets. The bonus was that halfway up, there's a free stop where you can visit a Chinese temple... I loved walking around and finding out about their customs and beliefs.

The van is very comfortable that I even managed to get some naps on the way home. The driver and guide were very nice, approachable and knowledgeable. If you won't go up Batu Caves and won't go to the outdoor theme park in Genting, the itinerary is already good with more than enough time. So for me this trip was perfect!

I booked this tour as a solo traveler when I went to KL, and it was much cheaper than booking it alone. The tour messaged me one day prior with all the details via WhatsApp. Our driver/tour guide, RAHVE from EXOTIC TRAVELS, also messaged me to update me on the pick-up time and locations the day before, and again when he was near the pick-up point, as well as the day's itinerary. He was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating, even offering to take pictures of me, which was very kind of him since it's hard to take photos as a solo traveler.
