Great climb for a first timer as well as experienced climbers who want to start a more technical trail! Eddie and the team were massively encouraging and well experienced! Would do again for sure! Also thanks for the drop off to the Batu Caves after the climb!

Highly, highly recommended for friends who enjoy outdoor activities. After purchasing the tour, someone will contact you. Through the back-and-forth communication, you'll find them to be very meticulous. When the tour starts, you don't even have to worry about whether you can't climb up, because the coach will always encourage you and want you to have a great time! They even encouraged us with "Don't give up, take a break, you can do it!" Super awesome 👍, highly, highly recommended. The venue is clean, and the restrooms are convenient. The best part is... they even helped us buy a cake to celebrate my husband's birthday, giving us a wonderful memory.

Clear communication on location and point of contact. Equipment is provided and safe environment for beginners as well. Experienced instructors that provides guidance. Flexible end time that caters to different flight times. Managed to climb 3 routes. Do put on sunblock and mosquito repellent as it can get quite sunny and itchy. :)

My first time trying outdoor rock climbing, and it was such an amazing experience! It was so much fun from the start to finish. The guides were fantastic. They explained everything clearly, guided us every step of the way, and always made sure we felt safe. Even though I was nervous at first, they made me feel confident and not scared at all. Highly recommend this experience, especially for first-timers!

Rock climbing guides provide clear instruction on meeting point the day before the activity. They are patient and reassure us about safety. They also provide some guidance and encouragement for our kids who are trying outdoor rock climbing for first time. As a result, the kids dont feel rushed and get to try on the easier track before challenging the higher and more difficult ones. Overall, the kids enjoy the activity and feel some accomplishment.

Me and my wife came as complete beginners and even though the climbs weren't easy, the instructors helped us finish them all. Great experience to be able to climb on such a mountain.
