Cruzeiro Rosy 2D1N: Passeio pela Baía de Ha Long e Baía de Lan Ha

An unforgettable journey, with professional, friendly, and attentive staff. The eight-seater luxury car was new, spacious, and comfortable. We were picked up promptly at 8 AM from the hotel lobby and dropped off at 2 PM, making the approximately three-hour drive feel like two hours. After an hour of driving, there was a 25-minute stop for everyone's convenience. Onboard, we experienced a new way of cruising; all rooms have balconies, allowing guests to enjoy the tranquil beauty of Ha Long Bay. The sea was almost calm, and the ship was extremely stable, so there was no seasickness at all. The itinerary included kayaking; if you're not confident in the water or fear capsizing, you can opt for the bamboo raft tour to Ha Long Bay's water curtain cave on the second day. There's a happy hour bar playing music, with a buy-two-get-one-free offer on cocktails, which are great value at around 30-40 Hong Kong dollars, helping you relax and unwind. Squid fishing in the evening was calming. The two breakfasts and two lunch buffets offered delicious food, especially the set dinner with its outstanding seafood, beef fillet, and desserts. Don't miss watching the sunrise from your room balcony at 6:00 AM the next day. The entire arrangement was perfect and smooth, making us feel completely at home.

The tour was smooth as this service includes hotel pick-up and drop-off. A luxurious bus took us to the port. The cruise ship was okay, a bit small, and didn't have many activities. There was no beer available at the bar. The Wi-Fi wasn't working, and neither was the TV. However, the staff were friendly.

Our room was clean and cozy; we were very happy with it. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The food was also super delicious 😊

J'ai examiné pas mal d'options pour la baie d'Ha Long avant de me décider pour Rosy Cruise, et j'ai été surpris de les trouver ici sur Klook. Le personnel, la croisière, l'hébergement et la nourriture étaient tous excellents. Il n'y a que 22 chambres au total (je crois), donc c'est une expérience beaucoup moins bondée / "précipitée" que beaucoup d'autres croisières. Je l'ai déjà recommandé à des amis (dont deux ont réservé pour le mois prochain). Je ne peux vraiment pas en dire assez de bien.

Great experience!! Nice and clean rooms. Great service!! Shout out for Mr Dee and Mr Thyp, who helped us during emergency (out daughter got sick). We transferred to land by motorboat at 11 pm !!

This is a must see place. Ha long bay is stunning!! Rosy's Cruise was a pleasant stay with beautiful views and balcony to see the bay. Could offer more vegetarian options with the meal choices, they did their best but we left that as feedback for future patrons. Overall good experience.
