As soon as we got off the car, the staff greeted us at the entrance with a kind smile, guiding us all the way to change into our swimsuits (provided by them, including disposable underwear), then taking us to the spa pool. They offered welcome juice, and right next to the spa pool was the mud bath. While we were in the spa pool, they were filling the mud bath. The whole process was unhurried, making us feel very relaxed and comfortable. The mud bath water was warm, but after about 20 minutes, the children couldn't take it anymore. A staff member asked if they wanted to go to the swimming pool and even provided swimming rings. There were staff members attending to every area, and the place was very spacious, not crowded at all. We arrived at 9 AM, and there wasn't a single other group of guests. Next time we have the chance to visit Phu Quoc, we will definitely come back for the mud bath!

They lend you towels and swimwear (tank top and shorts for women, shorts for men), so you can go empty-handed. The flow was: Jacuzzi -> Mud Hot Spring Bath -> (in swimwear) Shower -> Cave Waterfall Shower -> Steam Sauna -> Stone Massage -> Shower/Changing (I skipped the shower). For the mud hot spring bath, they clean and refill the tub for each group. The mud has no smell and leaves your skin smooth. Even if there's a language barrier, gestures work fine. They watch your movements and guide you to the next step when you're ready. It was very fun and comfortable.

The mud bath here was amazing! Swimsuits and towels are available for rent. When we entered the bath, they prepared fresh orange juice for us, and since there weren't many people, we were able to relax for a long time. It was truly smooth and felt wonderful. At the end, they also served chamomile tea. Thank you very much.

Very good, very good. We took a mud bath. We should have opted for the mud bath and hot stone massage package, which is a great deal. If you book them separately, it would cost an extra 200 yuan per person, which isn't worth it. So, friends, if you want to experience both a massage and a mud bath, you can choose this package.

It was a fantastic experience. They were very professional and the services were very good. The atmosphere and politeness were much appreciated. They took pictures of us when asked. My skin felt much smoother afterwards.
