The mud bath is very unique, and it's very close to the Salinda Hotel where we were staying, so we decided to try it out. Booking tickets on Klook was very convenient, and we could use them directly upon arrival (though during the Chinese New Year, the venue charges an additional service fee). After entering, men and women are separated to change into their clothes. It's recommended to bring your own underwear to wear inside for hygiene. Then, entry into the mud bath is arranged by family, with each family assigned to one pool. The pools are cleaned and the mud is replaced after each use, which is quite good. The mud has a slightly natural, earthy smell, haha. They also provide drinks and towels. The mud bath temperature isn't high, so you can sit for a long time. Afterwards, you rinse off and then go to the sauna. The sauna room has ginger-scented steam, which is very healthy. After rinsing completely, the venue also offers fruit and soup to taste, which is quite enjoyable.

A group of 6 adults and 2 children initially faced a situation where staff suggested splitting into two pools for the mud bath due to the number of people. However, they later found that one pool had ample space, so all 8 ended up sharing a single pool, which felt great. The establishment provides swimwear for changing, but it's recommended to wear your own for better hygiene. The mud was fine, smooth, and slightly warm, feeling comfortable when applied to the body, though prolonged soaking can cause sweating. There are showers next to the mud bath for rinsing off, but it does take some time and patience to wash off all the mud. If you wish to use the sauna, you can proactively ask the staff, and they will guide you to the steam room. Outside the bath area, there's a small swimming pool, a small restaurant and bar, and a beach. The beach boasts clear water and fine sand, and they even found starfish, making it a great spot for playing in the water, swimming, and enjoying the sunset. Family members who tried the essential oil hot stone massage highly praised it as very comfortable. After all activities, you can head to the changing rooms to shower and change; shower amenities and towels are provided. Afterwards, staff will serve herbal tea, fruit, and seafood soup, which were delicious. The entire experience, including the mud bath, steam bath, and swimming at the beach, lasted nearly 3 hours, and everyone had a wonderful time. For just over a hundred yuan, it offered multiple experiences and sensations, making it excellent value for money.

Convenient and great value! I highly recommend everyone to only purchase the mud bath plus light meal package, because by purchasing a package that includes dining, you can enjoy unlimited use of the pool and beach facilities until 10 PM (closing time). They also have a fire dance performance at 7 PM, so you can arrange to have the mud bath at 3 PM (40 minutes), then have a light meal after 4 PM, enjoy the beautiful beach scenery and sunbathe. Then, around 6 PM, secure a good spot, order a drink, and wait for the fire dance performance (about 1 hour). This way, you can play until 8 PM for just over 200 yuan, making for a very relaxing day!

It was a great experience at the Versailles Mud Spa. This was our first stop after landing in Phu Quoc, and the place is very near to the airport, which made it very convenient. We arrived on a rainy day, but it didn’t stop the team from providing excellent service. The check-in process was easy — we just scanned our voucher and waited for the team to prepare a fresh mud bath for us. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience and highly recommended.

My friend and I came to Phu Quoc on a spontaneous trip and had a truly unique, fun, and new experience! From the mud spa to the steam sauna and the free swimming pool equipped with hot stone massage! We thoroughly enjoyed the seafood soup, fruit, and herbal tea provided! My friend and I both raved about it, saying we'd definitely come again if we visit Phu Quoc next time 👍🏻 The massage therapists gave us a refreshing massage that wasn't painful :) It's great that we could enjoy the mud spa privately with our group 👍🏻
