I have to say this is one of the best massage parlors in Phu Quoc. They are meticulous in every aspect, with private and quiet rooms, and an elevator for easy access. From the reception area to the massage rooms, everything is clean. After the massage, I saw the staff cleaning, deodorizing, and disinfecting, which I was very pleased with. I'm prone to allergies if I share towels with others, but after my visit, I didn't experience any problems, proving how clean and skilled they are. I was very satisfied. After the massage, I was even introduced to their chain restaurant. It's truly well-run; the food was delicious, and they took excellent care of me with both the massage and the dining experience.

Service: This is my first time wanting to leave comments on Klook. First, I must praise the shop for being super responsible. I placed an order on the same day and quickly received their WhatsApp contact. Then, because our dinner location was half an hour's drive from the massage location, I WhatsApped them saying I would be late. I also asked them where the closest drop-off point for Grab was, and I immediately received a reply. They even asked if I needed a pick-up (because it was raining at the time). When I was about to tell them where I was, it turned out they had already arranged a driver to wait for us, as it's really hard to find the shop's location inside the Grand World. Upon arriving at the shop, the staff members ran barefoot to the car to open the door for us. Once inside, the staff saw our wet umbrellas and immediately brought us tissues to wipe them – truly full of thoughtful details. Then, their massage was so comfortable that I woke up when it was already finished. Moreover, even though I was 2 kilometers beyond the free pick-up/drop-off distance, they were still willing to send us back to the hotel for free. It was already 1 AM at that time, and I was really satisfied with the service of this shop. If it hadn't been so late, I would have wanted to add a foot massage. Facilities: The massage shop has an elevator inside, and the massages are in independent rooms, which other mid-to-high-priced massage shops don't offer. After the massage, we also received fruit, baguette, and a small gift.

The response was very fast. Immediately after booking on the system, I received a message asking to arrange a pick-up. The location is also excellent, on the street next to Phu Quoc Grand World, making it very convenient for shopping nearby. The environment is clean and comfortable, the masseuses are gentle, and every staff member has a great service attitude. After the massage, there were also fruits, baguettes, refreshments, and a small gift, which was a very thoughtful touch.

The massage techniques are excellent; both the essential oil massage and hot stone massage were spot on. The nail and hand/foot care treatments are also very good. I came here two days in a row. The service attitude is exceptionally good, and they offer hotel pick-up. On the second day, I asked them to pick me up directly from the amusement park, and their response was very quick. Super great and super value for money! You can use it immediately after booking, and the shop will contact you right away via WhatsApp. They also offer free pick-up and drop-off service within 15 kilometers, and you can even choose the massage intensity. After the spa, they provide drinks, Vietnamese bread, mangoes, and other fruits, and even give you cookies and a Vietnamese headscarf as souvenirs. They are incredibly thoughtful.

Definately a 5-star value for money. Therapist was experienced, good strength control, hitting the right pain points and friendly. The mango they served after massage was sweet and good. Store is convieniently located next to the Grand World. I used Whatsapp to contact them to ensure my desired timeslot is available before making the booking on klook.
