Highly recommended! Was a little concerned when I read we were going to be out between 11-2pm but everything was organized perfectly. The first two islands were beautiful and snorkeling was great - fins were provided too :) Was also a little sad when I found out on the way to the port that there’s no swimming on the third island but even that was perfect. There was a big cafe there to get food and drinks, plenty of photo opportunities. The lunch provided was VERY generous. The dishes kept coming and everyone looked surprised at the amount we could choose from xD The guides were also kind and friendly :)
A truly worthwhile experience, I didn't expect such great value for money! Lunch was indeed quite good, and the activities were well-arranged. The water slide was especially fun, and there were no extra charges during the process. The tour guide was very attentive and responsible. My friend and I got on the wrong bus on the way back, and at the time, we thought they had just switched to a different bus to pick us up 🤣 so we just vaguely followed the crowd onto the bus. Fortunately, it was the same travel agency, and the guide quickly checked the roster, found us on the other bus, and arranged how we would be sent back to our hotel. When he told us he had been looking for us, I was a little touched 🥹 even though it was our own fault for not checking the license plate before getting on the bus…
This full-day tour includes a boat lunch (the lunch menu can be found in the picture; essentially, they aim for 8-10 people per table), along with water activities, free time at the beach, and round-trip transfers. It's incredibly good value (when I bought it, it was about 230 HKD per person, same price for adults and children). You can borrow snorkeling masks for use in the sea. The only minor drawback is that the itinerary is a bit rushed, with relatively short stops at the first two islands. The beach stop is over an hour, but it still feels like not enough time because there are many scenic spots for photos. Even those who don't want to go into the water can explore the island. However, be aware that if you want to sit on a beach chair, it costs around VDN 100,000 per chair. Finding a shaded spot is quite difficult, but you can find one if you walk a little further. It's important to note that at the boarding and disembarking point, many boat gangways are tied together, and the waves cause each gangway to move frequently. Additionally, the height difference between the steps is quite significant, so you need to be very careful when crossing. Watch out for nails on the wooden planks; I saw an elderly person fall on the gangway outside the boat. Please pay utmost attention to safety.
Our tour was very organized, led by Huang, who picked us up in a luxury Aston Martin bus. We were picked up and taken to the port, arriving at the three islands. The first two islands were for snorkeling, and the last island was for water activities like banana boating and parasailing. We only had time for pictures and to change our clothes before heading back to our hotel. We also had lunch, which included various seafood and vegetables. I really liked their soy sauce, though I've forgotten its name. They also provided snorkeling gear for free. Additionally, they dropped us off early.
The boat is very large and well-equipped, with the crew at your service. The snorkeling gear is excellent. We were able to see fish, crabs, and an octopus, all while respecting the corals. I highly recommend this day trip.
The tour was well-organized. The snorkeling at the first island was okay, but the snorkeling at the second island was the best. Our boat had a slide, which added more fun to the trip. The lunch on the boat was decent, with plenty of food. The third island was beautiful but quite busy. We brought our beach towels and relaxed on the beach. The road for our large bus to the port was quite narrow and busy. I wonder if it would be better to transport tourists by van, as the traffic jam actually took up 30 minutes of our bus journey.
We were picked up at An Phu Hotel at 8:15 AM. The journey to the harbor took about 2 hours, arriving around 10:15 AM. We visited 2 islands for snorkeling. Free lunch was served on the boat around 1:15 PM. The last stop was May Rut Island, where we could have drinks at a cafe with a 10% discount by showing our John's Tour wristbands. We arrived back at the hotel around 5:35 PM.
We were picked up at An Phu Hotel at 8:15 AM. The journey to the port took about 1 hour. There were 3 stops at different islands. A complimentary vegetarian lunch was served promptly at 1:15 PM. The final stop was at May Rut, where we visited a cafe for drinks. We arrived back at the hotel exactly at 5:30 PM.
I visited the excursion, and it exceeded all expectations! I really liked the atmosphere and attention to detail. The adrenaline was off the charts, but at the same time, it was absolutely safe. The staff was polite and helped at every stage. I recommend it to everyone who wants vivid emotions and unforgettable impressions.
Everything was excellent. There was a slight oversight in that there was no clear indication of which vessel to board after disembarking from the pick-up bus. There are interesting rock formations along the sailing route.
