Safety: The coach was very professional. The pre-trip instruction was very detailed, ensuring everyone learned how to use fins and masks. They also checked everyone's life vests and ensured masks fit properly, which made us feel very safe and reliable! My English is poor, but the coach spoke some Chinese and used rich body language, so I could understand clearly. Guide: During snorkeling, they constantly paid attention to our condition. Once, I surfaced due to nervousness, and my mask got some water in it. The coach immediately provided assistance, which gave me a great sense of security. Itinerary Arrangement: After the first dive spot, some people on the boat got seasick, I was exhausted, and my child felt cold and couldn't go to the next dive spot. They immediately arranged for us to go ashore, while others went to the second dive spot. This was very thoughtful and showed great adaptability. The small island was lovely, and we took many photos there. Boat Condition: The only minor drawback was that the speedboat was a bit small. Other than that, it was a great experience. Although the cost was a bit higher than other tours, there were no optional self-funded activities. 3-4 people were assigned one coach, and their professionalism and attentiveness were very reassuring. The half-day snorkeling arrangement was just right; no need to cram the whole day with activities. I highly recommend this tour!!

We took our children snorkeling, and it was very thoughtful of them to arrange for Tom, who speaks Chinese, to accompany us. He held our child's hand throughout the snorkeling experience, which made us feel very secure. The children had a great time, and the equipment was comprehensive. The guides were very friendly, and the speedboat ride was incredibly exciting and fun. I highly recommend it to everyone.

I joined the afternoon snorkeling 🤿 half-day tour, which is definitely suitable for those with not much snorkeling experience, as the team provided excellent care, and all snorkeling equipment was included (even prescription diving masks 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻). The corals seen while snorkeling were colorful and beautiful, though there were relatively fewer fish. The water was a bit murky in the afternoon; perhaps a morning tour would be better.

Onbird, the snorkeling company, provided a comprehensive snorkeling plan before the trip. They actively contacted participants in advance to inquire about their health and diving experience, and also adjusted the itinerary and notified us based on weather conditions. On the day of the trip, they picked us up on time. There were 10 travelers, 4 staff members, and 1 driver in the vehicle. Initially, the instructor provided thorough snorkeling training in the shallow water, including how to wear a mask and snorkel, and how to put on and take off fins. After confirming that everyone had mastered the basics, we took a speedboat to the designated snorkeling spot. At first, my daughter's mask kept leaking, and the instructor patiently helped her adjust it until the leaking stopped. The instructor even taught us how to blow bubble rings underwater, which was a lot of fun. Unfortunately, the visibility was poor and the water was very murky that day, and the dive guide's camera ran out of battery, so we didn't get any snorkeling photos. However, we still saw some coral and small fish. We stopped at two dive sites and finally rested on an island. There was a lovely beach here where we could take photos, and the sunset view was beautiful, with a distant cable car visible. Local juice and fruit were provided for enjoyment, and the children loved playing in the water here. If you just want to dip your feet in the sea, this activity is very relaxing. The weather was good, but the water in the afternoon was very murky, so those hoping to see many fish might be a bit disappointed. It's recommended to wear long sleeves and long pants when going out, as you'll wade through water when boarding the speedboat. Someone was stung by a jellyfish, and the instructor, being very professional, immediately used mineral water and toothpaste for first aid. Iced mineral water was provided on the boat, and those prone to seasickness could take medication beforehand. Although the price of this tour was higher, it wasn't rushed, and the dive guide constantly paid attention to everyone's condition, which might make those with children or who are unfamiliar with snorkeling feel more at ease. Thank you to Onbird's instructors for their friendly and professional service. I was very impressed by their strong promotion of ocean-friendly concepts, including advocating against the use of sunscreens that harm coral and prohibiting feeding marine life. I highly recommend this tour.

We had a great time :) The tour guides were prepared and had great insight into the coral reefs. They also plant corals and help them develop and grow, which is nice to hear. We had enough time to snorkel and saw some amazing things👌

We are a group of four. I don't know how to swim, and I chose this Onboard Agent 10 PM small group because I thought they would be more attentive and helpful. Ultimately, they exceeded my expectations. I was very touched that one of the guides stayed with me the entire time, and I was able to see real corals and reefs for the very first time in my life. I purchased the photo shooting package, but it takes 2-3 days to receive the photos. Of course, I tipped them for their outstanding job. I highly recommend them.

The tour is of excellent quality for those who love snorkeling but are new to it. The tour guides provide detailed instructions on how to use the equipment, and one guide accompanies a small group of 3-4 people, which is very reassuring. The coral is absolutely beautiful! 😍 The only downside is that the bathing area and restrooms at the final stop were a bit dirty. Thank you to the three guides for giving me a wonderful experience.

It was absolutely amazing!! Even though the weather was sunny, the visibility under the sea wasn’t the best, but they still made sure we could enjoy the ocean views as closely as possible. Both tours went very smoothly, with just the right balance of safety—neither too strict nor too loose. On the last island, they served us delicious fruit, and we were able to relax while taking in the beautiful scenery. The price might be a little higher compared to other tours on Klook, but since it’s a small-group tour and the quality of the snorkeling experience is much better, I don’t think you’ll regret it at all!
