We are so thankful to book the tour for the gallery. We had insight of each art work and had a such great experience to walk around the gallery without lining up.

There were a lot of people which makes finding the klook guide rather confusing, but guide was on time and got everyone in as fast and painless as possible. Guide was very knowledgeable and friendly which makes the tour very enjoyable despite the crowd 👍🏻👍🏻

Given the coronavirus situation, my husband and I were the only ones on the English tour (we joined the Spanish group). We felt a bit uncomfortable with the indifferent attitude from the registration staff of the local operator, possibly due to being Asian during this sensitive period. The guide did her best with her English commentary, but it became boring waiting for the constant Spanish explanations (approximately 5 minutes or more) at each display. Nevertheless, I still recommend visiting the gallery.

The guide was very thoughtful and spoke slowly, mainly showing us the essential highlights on the third floor. The explanation was professional and interesting. After the tour, there was still an hour before closing time for free exploration, and there were many more paintings to choose from on the first floor.

This gallery is arguably the number 1 on the "must visit" list if you are in Florence. However with so much to see, there is no way a you can cover the whole place meaningfully in a few hours. The guide showed us the more famous and important pieces as well as gave us some insights of the Gallery. With this we knew where to focus and could better appreciate the Gallery and its vast collection.

I am glad I went there with the tour guide. I am thankful for the experience.
