Excursão de um dia à Lagoa Glacial de Jökulsárlón

I think the tour forgot to pick us up. We waited from 6:55 AM until 7:30 AM, and the bus never arrived. I called them at 7:30 AM, and they sent a bus to pick us up, but we almost missed the tour. Overall, the tour was fantastic, with beautiful scenery and plenty of time to explore the glacier lagoon. The only downside was that mealtime felt a bit rushed, but that's understandable.

Although the drive was a bit long and the ice had melted more than expected, it was still a very worthwhile attraction. On the way back, the tour guide even stopped the car to let us see the Northern Lights. So happy!

The activity time is long, but there isn't too much explanation; it's mainly free time for visitors.

The tour guide provided ample information about various attractions, and there was plenty of time for photos and sightseeing.

great trip and nice arrangement

We’re very disappointed of this tour arrangement. Firstly, we arrived at the pick up point at 7:05am and waiting for the bus. I guess the bus did come but the voucher was totally uncleared about the time and which was the local tour operator. We obviously didn’t board the bus due to the unclear information shown on the voucher. Second, we were waiting for 80 min at the bus stop freezing cold and finally found the phone number at the end of the voucher and did 2 long distance calls to Reykjavík local tour operator. We were then being arranged to another tour (The south shore day tour). However, the local tour operator refused to refund the difference due to the original Jokulsarlon glacial lagoon day trip is much more expensive than the south shore tour. The local tour operator (Reykjavík excursion) should refund us the difference due to the blurred instructions.

I originally thought this tour included a glacier lake cruise, but the guide said it's not open in winter! The glacier is magnificent and worth visiting. I suggest Klook separate the winter and summer itineraries to avoid misunderstandings!

當地服務商一直搵唔到我既訂單紀錄！花左好多時間同方法去搵我張vouchers，都話搵唔到！大巴团，時間趕急，安排有點亂！導遊沒有指示diamond beach位置，令我只船遊了冰河湖。另外，所到既黑沙灘亦並非玄武岩個邊。

不滿意，我已付款並有憑証在手，不明白為什麼當地服務商完全找不到我的預訂，令我折騰了半個多小時才勉強讓我參團，那時候整部巴士上的人在等著我，令人多尷尬！到底是不是klook沒有跟當地服務商溝通好？klook還沒跟我正式回覆。 另外，行程上有些地點的確有到過，但導遊沒有清晰講解，例如到了冰河湖後，附近就是Diamond Beach，都沒有指引給團友，可能她認為我們應該知道景點所在地吧！最後我也沒到過Diamond Beach，令我有點失望！ 此外，到過的黑沙灘也不是有玄武岩那邊，只是在vik晚餐時順道到一到而已。大巴團人很多，到每個景點逗留的時間都很少。 還有，大巴上有十多名德國遊客，導遊十分*照顧*他們，常以德文講解，令其他以英語為主的旅行受到忽略！

The tour guide drove and explained everything by himself, and the tour content was rich and diverse. The glacier scenery is definitely worth seeing, highly recommended! If you haven't booked the boating trip, please inform the driver first thing in the morning, and he will assist you with purchasing tickets. You can cruise in the melted glacial lake and experience the taste of the ancient ice from two years ago!
