De Samui: Passeio de Catamarã com Snorkeling em Koh Tao e Koh Nangyuan

Our guide took great care of us. 😊 Those who book this tour program can sit in the air-conditioned room on the boat without paying extra. The seating on Nang Yuan Island is exclusively for the tour, so there will be no other people disturbing you. If you want to sit on a beach chair by the sea, you will have to pay extra. The food was quite to my liking, with both spicy and non-spicy options. You should at least go snorkeling on this tour. If you're worried, don't be; the staff will take good care of you. If you have any food allergies, don't forget to inform the guide when you receive your wristband.

The hotel pickup service was excellent. We arrived at the pier with a little time left for breakfast. You can change in the restrooms near the registration point. The restrooms were dry and convenient for changing clothes. The boat we took was large, and since our tour had a guide who was an employee of the tour company, it was very comfortable to travel. The diving guide was very kind. You don't have to worry about safety. I can't swim, and the guide took very good care of me. I'm no longer afraid to let go of the swimming board. I'm very happy. This is my birthday trip and the second time I've been on this tour. I'm as impressed as ever. If you have any questions, you can tell the guide. Lunch included both mild and spicy dishes, and there was fruit. If you are Korean, there is instant noodles available for sale on Nang Yuan Island.

Advantages of using a catamaran: less swaying, air-conditioned cabins, relatively comfortable seating. Disadvantages: Additional time for picking up and dropping off passengers via Koh Tao and Koh Phangan (about 30 minutes to 1 hour longer than a speedboat). Since I was traveling with adults prone to motion sickness, I chose the less shaky catamaran. I took motion sickness medication brought from Korea 30 minutes before boarding, and had no problems. The guides, who seemed to be from Lomprayah, were very kind and took good care of the elderly who couldn't swim, allowing us to snorkel freely. There were even turtles at the spot we visited this time. I've been to Koh Tao a couple of times, but this was my first time seeing them while snorkeling (the guide took photos while freediving). Honestly, the lunch wasn't very tasty, but I understood this is common for other tours as well. It hasn't changed in nearly 10 years, haha. Just eat a little and then get snacks after leaving the island. This tour is recommended if you have children or family members over 60.

Overall, everything went smoothly without any issues. If you don't understand English to some extent, you'll need to carefully listen for important details like where to check in and what time to meet. (Although the guide will support you by checking your wristband.) The service was good, with free drinks available on the boat during transfers. Since there's a fair amount of travel by boat, it can get chilly, so I recommend bringing something warm to wear.

We enjoyed the trip. Very nice and friendly staff. Beaches at Koh NangYuan island so beautiful and enjoyed the short hiking to view point of Koh NangYuang.

Klook is the best platform to book a day trip to Koh Tao and Koh Nangyuan. The pick-up van arrived on time and dropped us off at the pier an hour early. At the pier, they have a breakfast buffet, after which the trip begins. Also, at Nangyuan, they have a private zone exclusively for customers, which is an added bonus. All in all, it's the best tour to go for.
