Cruzeiros nos Recifes das Ilhas Frankland

Our cruise took us down the river and out to a beautiful, sun-drenched beach that was pure paradise. The views along the way were stunning, and the captain provided interesting commentary about the local area and wildlife, which was a great touch. The boat was clean and comfortable, and the journey was incredibly smooth.

this is a great trip. it’s very relaxed and when you reach the island you have the freedom to do what you want in terms of paddle boarding, kayaking, snorkelling, etc. it was pretty cold and rained a lot but still managed to do a fair bit. just relaxing on the beach was not something to enjoy. the boat ride, the crew, the croc spotting was all great. Andy’s knowledge and enthusiasm of all things reef was an honour to be a part of. morning tea and cake was a nice pick me up. lunch was lovely. there was no afternoon tea but all too full from lunch to miss it.

The entire team was very professional and placed safety at a priority. Guides (Noella) where very friendly, approchable and knowledgeable. They where very organized, starting from pick-up to drop-off they kept us well informed and gave us the freedom to enjoy Frankland Island and Normanby reef while'st ensuring safety and comfortability to all guest. I can't recommend them highly enough. If I can just give them 10x stars..😉👍

¡Esta fue la mejor introducción a la Gran Barrera de Coral que podría haber pedido! El tour tenía el tamaño perfecto (solo ~15 personas, incluidos los guías) y las islas Frankland son un tesoro para ver. Además, es tan privado, ya que este grupo es el único con permiso para visitarlas, ¡así que éramos solo nosotros y el agua azul más clara! Frankland Island Cruises made our day very memorable. We met fellow travelers who suggested we take Frankland Island Reef Cruises, so we skipped Fitzroy and Green Island as they are more crowded compared to Frankland, and that was the best decision we made. The number of people per day is limited to 100, so you get the whole island to yourself. Amazing food and amazingly organized. If you are looking to go diving, I suggest you contact them and inform them a day prior. Anna was really helpful and took us on a snorkel tour; it was by far the best experience.

A cruise to an uninhabited island. There were many Japanese families, but the total number of people was less than 30. I had participated in a Quicksilver tour before, so it was nice to have a smaller group this time. I had high expectations for the clarity of the ocean, as the number of people allowed to land per day is limited. It was decent in the morning, but the clarity dropped significantly after high tide. The adventure snorkeling didn't go very far offshore, and everyone gathered close to the staff, making it extremely crowded with fins bumping into each other. If you strayed a little from the staff, you'd be warned. It was completely unsatisfying. I wish they would offer something for experienced snorkelers.

The event was very well organized, the service was attentive, and the staff were professional and friendly!

Good family oriented trip. If you want a little more adventure join their safari shorkeling. good value for the money since it just goes to one spot, however you dont spend as much time sailing which is fine if the water and wind are calm. In our case water was a bit choppy.
