The tour company I used was Harry Tour. I communicated with this travel agency in English via KakaoTalk. We wanted the Bai Dinh Pagoda course, but it was changed to Hoa Lu, and due to circumstances with the adults, the bus was also changed to a more inferior one. For lunch in the middle of the tour, we used a Vietnamese buffet. Be careful, as there were many dishes containing cilantro, and it might be quite disappointing compared to the food you buy on the streets or at tourist attractions. I recommend trying a nearby restaurant instead (at your own expense). Our local Korean-speaking guide was Mr. Minh, and thanks to him, we had a very enjoyable trip despite the unfavorable conditions. He gave interesting explanations, and we learned a lot about the Vietnamese dynasty. We were also able to see places that other teams (foreigners) on the bus couldn't visit. If you ever meet him, I think you'll be incredibly lucky.

This tour was booked last minute, and we were quite worried as we had our parents and a young child with us, but thanks to our guide Thao's meticulous care, we were extremely satisfied. We received calls from both a Korean travel agency and a local one, and our guide, Nguyen Van Thao, contacted us via KakaoTalk the day before and on the day of the tour to accommodate us. The overall itinerary followed the usual route, and perhaps because of our large group, we traveled by bus with other parties, but upon arrival, we had a private tour with our guide. He possesses extensive knowledge of Vietnamese culture and history and also has a good understanding of the cultural differences with Korea. Furthermore, he knows the best angles for taking photos, which is very important for Koreans. We highly recommend him.

It's a good day trip from Hanoi. The value for money is also excellent. It was a shame that we were somewhat pressured into not being able to do the optional activity of climbing the observation deck tower at Bai Dinh Temple due to the schedule. Nevertheless, it was a satisfying package tour, to the extent that I didn't regret not being able to climb Hang Mua due to the weather.

Our tour was perfect, from the very accommodating and friendly tour guide (Mr. Trung) to the choice of lunch! We enjoyed the sightseeing of the beautiful countryside and the breathtaking view from the mountain! He followed the itinerary without any delay. Mr. Harry, our local tour operator, was great and provided us with all possible information beforehand via WhatsApp message to inform us about the pickup. The lunch menu for the trip was also sent in the message. The best part was the boat ride. Mr. Trung was friendly and also very fit (climbing Mua Cave can be quite challenging) and took lots of pictures of our group. This was one of the best day tours. Highly recommended.

I'm someone who toured Ha Long Bay on the second day and then signed up for the Ninh Binh tour the next day. The conclusion is Ha Long Bay <<<<<< Ninh Binh, Trang An ㅠㅠ I really think you must go if you visit Hanoi. Especially the course in Trang An where you take a small boat for about 2 hours, the natural scenery you see there is so beautiful, to the point where photos can't capture it 😭 My back hurt from rowing so hard.. haha. Oh, and try ordering a mango juice during lunch in the middle, it was so delicious lol. Anyway, it was a bit disappointing that the weather was cloudy, but it's a really great tour 🙏🏻😎

The price was reasonable, and the content was substantial! Considering the combined cost of lunch, transportation, and guide fees, it was an excellent value. Most importantly, our guide was incredibly passionate and kind. They spoke Korean well 👍🏻. When my parents urgently needed to use the restroom during transit, the guide kindly asked for understanding from other passengers on my behalf and resolved the situation. I was very grateful for their consideration. Also, the day before the trip, they kindly provided information about Hanoi's best restaurants and things to buy. I was also thankful that the travel agency asked if there were any inconveniences and how the trip was. This was my first time taking a guided tour through Klook, and it was a truly great experience. I would like to recommend it to my acquaintances 😊☺️☺️

바이딘사원, 짱안 뱃놀이, 항무아 등반까지 3가지 관광이 이뤄지는 알찬 일정으로, 중간에 허기를 달랜만한 부페식사까지 포함되어 있었으며 친절한 가이드 2분이 나와서 전일정을 함께 해주셨습니다. 짱안 뱃놀이를 제외하고 나머지는 많이 걸어야 하므로 반드시 운동화를 신으시길 추천드립니다.

I joined a tour group that was doing an English tour, and only my friend and I received a Korean guide! The guide spoke Korean much better than I expected and taught us a lot! They also recommended many great restaurants and courses, and were incredibly kind and wonderful! The English guide didn't follow us on the Hang Mua mountain climbing (?) course, but our guide stayed with us until the very end, even on that difficult path! At the end, my friend was suffering from gastritis, and the guide took us to a pharmacy, helped us with our luggage, and even assisted with checking into another hotel! My friend and I were incredibly touched by their kindness~!!😘

바이딘 사원; 전기차타고 들어가는데 재밌고 다양한 불상과 큰 불상들이 멋있었다. 천천히 둘러보고 힐링의 기운을 얻었다. 항무아; 600개의 계든.... 힘들지만 절경 보러, 용 보러 힘내서 올라가길 바란다. 짱안; 배타고 한바퀴 돈다. 정말 너무나도 잔잔한 물에 노를 저으며 가는데 정말 좋다. 근데 코스가 너무 길어 힘들다. 근데 후회 하진 않는다. 색다른 경험을 했다. 가이드, 한국말이 완벽한건 아니지만 열심히 설명해준다. 점심 부페는 장소도 매우 깔끔하고 맛있다. 만족스럽다. 하루만에 닌빈을 다 본것 같아 뿌듯하다. 닌빈을 갈 계획이면 투어 신청 추천한다.

I booked through Klook locally the day before. It was a bit more expensive because I chose a Korean-speaking guide, but that made the trip even better. For a first trip, it's always best to have a guide with explanations.
