The bathhouses here are one of the best hot spring options around Sun Moon Lake, private and comfortable, allowing one to fully immerse in the warm spring water and wash away fatigue. The staff are friendly and attentive, providing meticulous service from arrival to departure, making guests feel truly pampered. The hotel environment is elegant and serene. Whether you're just coming for a hot spring bath, or also enjoying the delicious food or accommodation at the hotel, you can experience ultimate relaxation. There are also many new attractions to explore nearby. After your hot spring bath, you might want to visit the Xiangshan Visitor Center to admire the lake view, or stroll along Shuishe Pier to experience the charm of the lake and mountains. We made a last-minute decision to come and soak in the hot springs to relieve our hiking fatigue. To use a private hot spring room, you first need to report to the B1 floor of the building diagonally opposite the hotel, present your voucher, and the staff will then guide you towards the public pool area, where the private rooms are located. I found the private rooms to be quite spacious, clean, and hygienic, with a separate shower room (providing all-in-one shampoo and body wash), and a separate toilet. They also provide two bottles of mineral water, a hairdryer, and four towels (two large, two small). The soak was incredibly comfortable. There's also a parking lot available. It's truly perfect when you're feeling tired. We'll definitely visit again next time.

The hot spring spa at Fuli Hot Spring was relaxing and good value for money. The entrance is a little hard to find, so we went to the hotel counter for directions. They pointed us to a staff member in a green T-shirt who guided us towards the spa area, which is quite far inside. It was easy to redeem with our Klook reservation. The spa is big, spacious, and well maintained, with both hot and cold pools available. We booked the last slot at 7:30 pm, so we had to turn off the lights and close the door ourselves as no staff were around. Overall, a much-needed and enjoyable soak.

My friend and I booked a hot stone spa session. I called ahead to confirm availability, but the staff said there was no need to specifically book for the hot stone spa. However, when we arrived that day, the staff member asked if I had made a reservation, so it was a good thing I had called to confirm. Everything else was great; the service staff were very attentive, and there was free parking available. Since it was a holiday, lunch was served as a buffet instead of individual dishes.

The staff were all very nice and polite. I think the hot spring and lunch package offers good value for money. The children also came along and had a great time in the hot spring.☺️

The hotel is beautiful, and the private hot spring room inside is super spacious, complete with a bed and a toilet/shower room. It was very comfortable and relaxing to use. Make sure to firmly plug the drain before filling the tub. The hot spring water was odorless and colorless, making my boyfriend and I wonder if we were actually just taking a hot bath instead of a hot spring bath 😂. The afternoon tea was very rich; I loved the scones. The chocolate cake that day was a bit too sweet for my liking, but the other nut-flavored cream cake was better. The savory tart in the middle layer was quite ordinary, but the light snacks on the bottom layer were good. For afternoon tea, I wish the drinks were a bit larger, otherwise, they don't really go with so many desserts. Buying through Klook was definitely worth the price, and the staff were very polite and friendly. I would repurchase if I have the chance!

Booked the day before in the afternoon. The hot spring room was spacious and came with coffee/tea and snacks. Two hours was plenty of time to soak, rest, and then soak again. Choosing to go in the morning allowed us to have lunch right after. Lunch was a set meal with five options, very generous and filling. The hotel is also conveniently located not far from Shuishe Pier.

When you enter, first fill the tub with hot spring water. Then, prepare a kettle of hot water. Take your time to use the restroom, take a shower, make coffee or tea, eat biscuits, and drink water. By then, the hot spring water should be ready for you to soak in. The service staff are very kind and thoughtful, and they will call you promptly to check in. The private hot spring room has everything you need, including a hairdryer and a scale. It's very comfortable, highly recommended!
