trip yg sangat menyenangkan, pulau halong bay yg baguss, awalnya kami memesan ini lalu sehari sblum keberangkatan kami di beri tahu kalo kami di upgrade ke kapal aqua elegence cruise, kapal yg sangat baguss, itenery berjalan sesuai, benar benar suatu pengalaman yg sangat berkesan, semua staff dari penjemputan sampe di cruise sangat baik, kaliann harus memesannya disini gak bakalan rugi dehhh

все очень понравилось. Забрали из гостиницы и доставили обратно на очень комфортабельном небольшом автобусе. очень внимательный сотрудник по трансферу. был все время на связи. красивый корабль, прекрасное питание, внимательный гид. все во время. Рекомендую!

Everything was amazing. The food was delicious and plentiful. Everyone was so full after the 7-course meal. They even made separate food for my 4-year-old daughter and helped her throughout the whole experience. The excursions were superb. A few things to improve: the AC was a bit weak, the waiter took away our glass when we ordered only one drink (I ordered another one later, but I thought that was so unnecessary), and there weren't enough chairs on the sundeck. Otherwise, everything was perfect. Our guide was amazing, attentive, and super kind. I recommend this cruise to everyone.

We had an amazing time with the Oriental Cruise! The activities were well planned and the food was really good too. The pick-up and drop-off from our hotel was seamless, and the tour operator Victor was really helpful and kept us updated on everything. The tour guide Alex was fantastic, friendly and helpful throughout! The rooms were clean and comfortable as well. I highly recommend booking this cruise if you're looking for a memorable Ha Long Bay trip.

The trip was great, if you are planning staying in Hanoi more than 3 days this a must do. People might think Itinerary for day tour and overnight is same why spend 4 times more for overnight trip but it is totally worth it. first and foremost you get to enjoy amazing stay in this Cruize along with hot tub , amazing night party watching the stars if you are lucky. second part is food, both lunch and dinner is fine dinting with 7 course meal which you will love it if you eat all sea food and meat variety. The service of the Cruize and tour guide support is outstanding, the transfers from and back to Hoi an is so see less ans smooth u won’t realise the number of sub contracting and people working in back end.

Departing from the port at 12 PM. Upon boarding the ship, lunch will be served shortly. Afterwards, we will head to the cave and Tiptop Island. Back on the ship, there will be a spring roll making event and dinner. After dinner, there will be squid fishing and karaoke. The next morning at 6 AM, there will be a Tai Chi session, followed shortly by breakfast. Then, we will go kayaking/bamboo boating, after which we will return to the ship to prepare for lunch, and the event concludes. (Please note that outside beverages are not permitted during meals. Drinks must be purchased, with the cheapest soft drink costing 50,000 dong).

I originally booked a cruise on this page, but the SST staff contacted me to say it was fully booked. They offered me the option to switch to another cruise of the same standard or cancel my booking. Since I didn't want too much hassle, I directly switched to a cruise of the same standard. The travel agency later provided the correct booking information, and there were no issues with communication. The itinerary itself was rich; we happened to be only two groups (four people per group). We visited Tiptop Island and a limestone cave, and the next day we went boating. The children had a great time. The only downside was the weather wasn't great, and the temperature was quite low, but thankfully, the boat had heating and hot water.

Experience an affordable 2-day, 1-night cruise! This cruise itinerary, provided by Oriental Cruise, offers an optional transfer from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay. The transfer drivers were punctual and accounted for all passengers. Although the transfer drivers and the cruise team are separate, the transfer itself was seamless. The cruise itinerary includes Ti Top Island, a Ha Long Bay yacht/kayak experience, and Sung Sot Cave. The timing of the itinerary differed slightly from what was stated on Klook, but this was likely due to our guide Tony's arrangements to visit the attractions at the most suitable times, and we ultimately got to experience everything, which was great. The activities on the yacht were more standard, so the main focus was on the activities at each destination after disembarking. The food was acceptable (though the portions might have been a bit small). The rooms are on the smaller side, so it's not recommended to bring too much luggage. It's suggested to leave large luggage at your Hanoi hotel and only bring a change of clothes. Overall, it's a great choice for an affordable cruise itinerary. For this price, it's already excellent and suitable for travelers who want to experience sleeping on a cruise and visiting Ha Long Bay's main attractions. However, it's not suitable for those seeking a luxury cruise experience.

Tuvimos una experiencia agradable a bordo del crucero Oriental Sails. La habitación y el baño estaban limpios y acogedores, sin quejas. Todo fue sobre ruedas, la agencia me contactó de antemano para confirmar la recogida en el hotel, el viaje en autobús a Halong fue cómodo y el guía fue amable y servicial. La comida proporcionada eran sabrosos platos vietnamitas. (Las bebidas se venden por separado). También se proporciona agua en las habitaciones. Durante la temporada alta, las principales atracciones (cuevas, isla Titop) estaban un poco concurridas, pero es de esperar. En general, fue una experiencia agradable.
