Cruzeiro Oriental Sails 2D1N: Baía de Ha Long, Sung Sot, Ti Top

從出發前與供應商的聯絡，到出發回來，整體感覺都很超棒，詢問問題回覆都很快速，突然被升等，幸福來的太快～～ 房間有按摩浴缸可以使用，房內還有提供浴袍整個提升了一個等級，行程也是一個接一個沒有冷場，驚訝洞真的讓人大開眼界，橡皮艇的體驗也是很特別，整個行程的景色也都很讚～ 船長也超級認真的，在船上介紹完，在景點介紹，早上還起來帶太極課！ 餐點的部份不得不說每餐都超好吃😋～～

저는 20대이고 부모님과 함께 다녀왔습니다. 가기 전에 외국인 리뷰가 많고, 한국인 리뷰는 찾기 힘들어 걱정을 좀 했어서 이렇게 리뷰를 남깁니다. - 시설: 시설은 호텔급입니다. 시설 전체가 매우 깔끔했고 동남아에서 어쩔 수 없다고 생각되는 물때나, 녹슨 부분 조차도 없었습니다. 침대는 더블 하나 트윈 하나 이렇게 들어가 있으며, 방에서 모두 하롱베이 뷰가 보입니다^^ 방마다 욕실과 욕조가 모두 있어 하롱베이 뷰를 보며 목욜 할 수 있으니 필요하신 분은 입욕제 챙겨가면 좋을 것 같습니다. 어메디티도 과할 정도로 많습니다. 혹시나 잠에 예민하셔서, 저녁에 배 소음 걱정하시는 분들이 있을 수도 있을 것 같은데 다행히 밤에는 운행을 멈추고 가만히 있으니 소음 걱정은 안하셔도 됩니다. - 음식: 코스로 두 번, 뷔페로 두 번 나왔습니다. 부모님 및 부모님 친구분들 모두 다 만족하며 드셨습니다. (60대~ 70대) 호텔 레스토랑처럼 나옵니다. 가짓 수도 많고 음식 퀄리티 및 양도 훌륭합니다. 베트남 음식과 서양식을 적절히 섞어서 나오기에, 한국인분들은 볶음 김치 하나 챙기셔도 괜찮을 것 같습니다. - 일정: 그렇게 빡세지도, 심심하지도 않게 적절히 잘 분배되어 있습니다. 낮에는 주로 투어, 프로그램, 체험으로 이루어져 있고 밤에는 루프탑에서 뷰 구경, 바 이용을 할 수 있도록 구성되어 있습니다. 그리고 아침 6시부터 원하신다면 무료로 참가할 수 있는 요가 비슷한 운동이 있어, 일찍 주무시는걸 추천드립니다. (6시부터 쭉 모든 일정이 시작됩니다.) - 스태프: 모두가 친절합니다. 커피 메뉴 여쭈어봤더니 뭐가 맛있다며 추천도 해주시고 ㅎㅎ 가이드? 총책임자? 분이 계신데 영어도 아주 잘하시고 에너지가 넘치십니다. 한국인팀이 저희 밖에 없다보니 혹시 일정 다 이해했는지 친절히 확인도 하셨습니다. - 결론: 16만원 값어치를 훨씬 뛰어 넘습니다. 저희 부모님과 친구분들께서도 이게 16만원이면 엄청나게 싸다고 하셨습니다. 가보시면 알겠지만 다른 배에 비해서 훨씬 배가 크고 깔끔합니다. 그래서 이렇게 좋은 배가 16만원인데 그렇다면 대체 저 배들은 얼마를 하는걸까... 했습니다. 크루즈여행이 중장년층을 위한 것이다 라는 시선이 있는데, 제가 생각했을 때 젊은 사람들도 충분히 좋아할 것 같습니다. 체험하고 투어하는 일정이 낮에는 꽤 빽빽하기 때문에 20대인 저도 매우 즐거웠고, 다음에는 2박 3일로 와야겠다 생각했습니다. 참고로 배 이름은 STARLIGHT 호 였습니다. 오리엔탈 크루즈는 회사이름? 에이전시 이름? 같습니다. - TIP: 부모님을 위한 볶음 김치, 입욕제, 과자 (안에 과자 주전부리 파는 곳에 없어요) 챙기시면 좋을 것 같습니다. 음료는 바에서 팔며 한국에 비해 가격이 별로 안비쌉니다. ( 한잔당 사천원)

建議兩人住一間，三人一間會稍微偏擠，房內的椅子和小桌子幾乎會沒辦法使用。 餐食部分： 第一天的午餐、晚餐都是桌菜，飲品需另外加購；第二天提供的是簡單自助吧形式的早餐與早午餐。整體餐點算中規中矩，但印象最深刻的是燙青菜搭配花生鹽，意外地很好吃。 行程安排我覺得蠻不錯的，晚上有包春捲、晚會以及夜釣小管等活動。不過活動氣氛其實很看同團旅客熱不熱情，這次遇到的團員氣氛算不錯，所以整體體驗滿加分的。 另外接送部分，建議可以先詢問是否能直接到住宿飯店接送，我自己覺得這點很方便。 整體來說，是一次還不錯的體驗。

Experience an affordable 2-day, 1-night cruise! This cruise itinerary, provided by Oriental Cruise, offers an optional transfer from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay. The transfer drivers were punctual and accounted for all passengers. Although the transfer drivers and the cruise team are separate, the transfer itself was seamless. The cruise itinerary includes Ti Top Island, a Ha Long Bay yacht/kayak experience, and Sung Sot Cave. The timing of the itinerary differed slightly from what was stated on Klook, but this was likely due to our guide Tony's arrangements to visit the attractions at the most suitable times, and we ultimately got to experience everything, which was great. The activities on the yacht were more standard, so the main focus was on the activities at each destination after disembarking. The food was acceptable (though the portions might have been a bit small). The rooms are on the smaller side, so it's not recommended to bring too much luggage. It's suggested to leave large luggage at your Hanoi hotel and only bring a change of clothes. Overall, it's a great choice for an affordable cruise itinerary. For this price, it's already excellent and suitable for travelers who want to experience sleeping on a cruise and visiting Ha Long Bay's main attractions. However, it's not suitable for those seeking a luxury cruise experience.

Tuvimos una experiencia agradable a bordo del crucero Oriental Sails. La habitación y el baño estaban limpios y acogedores, sin quejas. Todo fue sobre ruedas, la agencia me contactó de antemano para confirmar la recogida en el hotel, el viaje en autobús a Halong fue cómodo y el guía fue amable y servicial. La comida proporcionada eran sabrosos platos vietnamitas. (Las bebidas se venden por separado). También se proporciona agua en las habitaciones. Durante la temporada alta, las principales atracciones (cuevas, isla Titop) estaban un poco concurridas, pero es de esperar. En general, fue una experiencia agradable. Gracias a Alex, nuestro guía turístico, y a Víctor de la agencia por la ayuda.

fantastic 10/10 experience. good pace for older folks too. good food, clean accommodation, seamless itinerary. pick up and drop off service was seamlessly done too. customer care was top notch.

行程前幾天就會有相關的人員通知注意事項，行程前一天晚上負責的人員確認隔天飯店接送的時間跟地點；行程出發的當天很準時的把我們送到碼頭，由船公司安排我們上船遊覽下龍灣，我們參觀了驚訝洞，TI Top島 並參與了夜釣小卷，雖然半隻小卷都沒釣到，還是感受到下龍灣 白天與夜晚的美麗，隔天一早參加了太極課程與獨木舟活動，本次的行程讓我與家人留下美好的回憶

The trip was great, if you are planning staying in Hanoi more than 3 days this a must do. People might think Itinerary for day tour and overnight is same why spend 4 times more for overnight trip but it is totally worth it. first and foremost you get to enjoy amazing stay in this Cruize along with hot tub , amazing night party watching the stars if you are lucky. second part is food, both lunch and dinner is fine dinting with 7 course meal which you will love it if you eat all sea food and meat variety. The service of the Cruize and tour guide support is outstanding, the transfers from and back to Hoi an is so see less ans smooth u won’t realise the number of sub contracting and people working in back end.

I originally booked a cruise on this page, but the SST staff contacted me to say it was fully booked. They offered me the option to switch to another cruise of the same standard or cancel my booking. Since I didn't want too much hassle, I directly switched to a cruise of the same standard. The travel agency later provided the correct booking information, and there were no issues with communication. The itinerary itself was rich; we happened to be only two groups (four people per group). We visited Tiptop Island and a limestone cave, and the next day we went boating. The children had a great time. The only downside was the weather wasn't great, and the temperature was quite low, but thankfully, the boat had heating and hot water.

liaising was done well and early. hotel pickup was convinient. we did a pit stop at the peral exhibition for around 30 mins. The cuise that I ended up on was oriental cruise, and my guide was name was sun. Itinerary was well planned, packed but did not felt too rush at all, more than enough time to relax and soak up the views. Bad points: Room was kinda small, there were flies in dining area and cockoaches in my toilet. Room had no balcony. Meals were not buffet style although the tour operator promised it (still tasty though). As all the other cruises had similar itinerary, the activites were very crowded (sung sot cave, titop island and kayaking) would suggest them to co-ordinate and stagger their timings. lastly, just a disclaimer that this isnt very elderly friendly/people with difficulty in walking. sungsot cave had lots of climbing to do, and titop island only offers swimming/hiking, so would not really reccomend this if you have someone in your group that has difficulties in walking. Ofc you could opt to stay in the tenderboat while these other activities were going on. And enjoy other activities later on as well, like karaoke, taichi and cooking lessons.
