We loved the jeep safari at Merapi Vulcano, we chosed the medium route and it was perfect. We had a nice and funny driver, he let us stand up in the jeep while he was driving and it felt amazing. I truly recommend Klook app for their tours, prices, staff, professionalism.

local operator will WhatsApp one day before, asking if you have any transport. our jeep driver was very passionate & explained the history of each attractions in clear simple English. also a very professional photo/videographer! chose the wet route & it was so fun!

the guide was highly knowledgeable and shared his own experience. we spoke in bahasa not sure about his English. we brought our 4month old no problem. just unfortunately it was very cloudy we cldnt get good view of the merapi

we took the medium route and chose the wet route. it was super fun!!!! we covered the bunker kalideum, the lava river, museum and had fun w the jeep water activity. It was very interesting to learn about the history of Merapi. don’t worry u can buy ponchos there! the guide is also helpful in helping us learn the history of the place. it was cloudy when we went in June and couldn’t see the volcano clearly. but it was still a very pleasant experience!

We had a wonderful trip with Fanny Hermawan. A reminder text was sent a day before our trip. We started our jeep drive immediately after meet up at 4.45am for the sunrise route. He showed us the clearest view of Mount Merapi and scenic photo spots. You can choose to go for Manuwer Air Kalikuning. Super fun and highly recommended!
