Arpan was such an amazing guide! He was so knowledgeable and easy to learn from. Even with the clouds we were able to see Mt. Fuji. It was just the right amount of guided and allowing us to do our own thing and go explore if we wanted to. Definitely worth the time and money and peace of mind to do a tour.

We enjoyed our tour to Mt Fuji! Even though it was cloudy, Mt. Fuji kept showing off to us at every location we stopped at. Our tour guide Diffany always pointed out to us when Mt. Fuji would peek so we always had a chance to take pictures. Thank you for this tour! Will definitely be booking again when I visit Japan again!

This time, I followed the tour guide (Diffany) on a Mount Fuji tour, and the overall experience was very enjoyable, with a rich itinerary. The guide, proficient in Chinese, Japanese, and English, was very friendly. Along the way, she chatted and laughed with us, sharing many interesting stories about Mount Fuji. She was even more proactive than us in monitoring the weather and cloud conditions around Mount Fuji, ensuring everyone could perfectly capture its beautiful scenery. She also regularly checked on everyone's enjoyment and proactively helped us take photos at suitable spots. In tourist areas, she recommended delicious food and drinks for us to try, truly making everyone feel that the tour fee was well spent. The only minor drawback was the weather, which was beyond our control. The guide is also Taiwanese and leads many tours. She always emphasizes punctuality at the beginning, and I hope other participants can also adapt to local customs and not affect the rights of other tourists for their own convenience. For group tours, Diffany is definitely the top choice for a guide.

Our guide Ashley was really kind, she explained everything well, we recommend it 👍🏻 Unfortunately it was cloudy so we couldn't see Fuji-san but for a second while going up we saw the tip so that was lucky 🤭

This tour was the highlight of our trip (family of four with two teenagers) to Tokyo!! Bus was very comfortable and the tour guide (Diffany) was excellent and provided us lots of good information and insight into Japanese language and the local Fuji area. We all want to come back and do this tour again. Only suggestion is to allow us more time to enjoy the lake behind the tea shop or add a lake site to the trip itinerary if possible. The lakes in the area are truly beautiful! Price of this tour is excellent also, we are recommending this tour to our family and friends, Mt. Fuji was truly a magical experience!!!

This trip was led by Diffany. Diffany was very professional and thoughtful, proactively helping everyone take photos, and she would try her best to assist with any needs. If time permitted, she would also recommend additional hidden gems. I'm very grateful to have met her on this trip and highly recommend everyone to join this tour! However, when participating in group tours, it's really important to be punctual for everyone's fairness, as Japanese drivers cannot work more than 10 hours, and there are five attractions to visit. Of course, each stop will be a bit tight, but this kind of itinerary actually saves a lot of travel time, so I still think it's a very cost-effective trip.

We toured in a small group of five from Canada and USA in a clean and comfortable car. We visited a few very interesting places including the iconic pagoda, Lake Kawaguchi, the fifth station, and the beautiful Oshino village. We saw Mount Fuji multiple times from multiple places. The tour guide is very friendly and very helpful. For the price I paid, I got more than I expected. I would strongly recommend this to those who have one spare day and would like to see and experience Mount Fuji and its surroundings.
