Experiência de compras no Serravalle Designer Outlet saindo de Milão

Arrived 15 minutes early to catch the bus. The bus fills up quickly and there are two pickup points. I suggest taking the 9 AM bus, not a later one. The reason is if you want to get your tax refund at the outlet, the refund queue is quite long and the service isn't very friendly. Spend money and get rude service! 😅 Overall, this is the best and easiest way to go to the outlet.

I took the shuttle bus service from Milan to Serravalle Designer Outlet, and overall, it was a convenient but slightly long journey. The bus was comfortable and air-conditioned, making the 1.5-hour ride fairly smooth. It’s a direct service, so there’s no need to worry about transfers, which is great for those unfamiliar with the area. The seats were comfortable, and the ride was hassle-free.

Fue un viaje tranquilo y sin complicaciones. ¡El autobús también venía con puertos de carga! El outlet estaba bien diseñado con señales claras (devolución de impuestos, etc.). ¡En general, una experiencia agradable!

La struttura offre sconti significativi su marchi che valgono la metà del prezzo in via dello shopping a Milano. Ottimo per tutti i marchi.

Convenient way to get to the outlet, which has plenty of designer brands and products were great. One problem is the duration, while the drive from CBD should only be 50/60 mins (according to google map), the entire trip may take up to 2.5 hours, if you get on at the Centrale station. The bus picks up more passengers from Duomo area, and they tend to wait for late-comers. Also the car prior to us broke down half way, so some passengers need to come to our bus. Return trip was fine though, took around 60 minutes.

Everything was good; the bus was already waiting when I arrived. It was a pretty crowded double-decker, and it made two pick-up stops :)

集合地點就在米蘭火車對面,方便好找. 司機根據訂單時間,發放回程的路票. 只是,回程時間被限制班次,彈性稍嫌不足. 因爲提早買完,獨自等了1個小時以上的車.

outlet不錯逛，很大品牌很多，車子也很準時發車

Worth the visit however note that mostly are older models. Prices are way cheaper. Only downside would be, the information on the meeting point could be more clearer. There are many taxi stands around the station. I have attached here 2 photos for reference. Look out for the exit where it will lead you to that BIG APPLE. It is opposite the street.
