This itinerary was rich in content and the accommodation was excellent. The two hot spring hotels allowed us to rest very well, and soaking in the hot springs helped eliminate the day's fatigue. We saw two sperm whales during the sea excursion, which made the children very excited. Most commendable was the service of our driver-guide, Mr. Lin, who made us feel very comfortable. He patiently explained each attraction, actively helped us with our luggage, took photos, and arranged our meals with great care and thoughtfulness.

The itinerary was well-designed, and our guide, A-Zhe, was enthusiastic, thoughtful, and professional. The hotel and dining in Utoro were excellent, while those at Lake Akan were slightly less so. It would have been even better if we could have been dropped off at our hotel on the return journey.
