Cruzeiro L'Amour 2D1N: Baía de Ha Long com Sung Sot e Ti Top

I had booked two rooms, an oriental cabin and century cabin. Originally I had booked the oriental cabin as I wanted a bathtub with ocean view. I was given 2 century rooms. I requested for a refund from Klook for the difference in the rooms and was provided the refund. We had a vegetarian in the group and the cruise was very accommodating with their meals providing good dishes for every meal. the other members of our group also enjoyed their meals and buffet style food was also very good quality. We especially liked the traditional Vietnamese band that played during the dinner. The locations we visited were a little crowded but definitely worth visiting.

The room was very clean, and dinner was excellent. There were no unpleasant surprises, and overall it was great.

Very satisfied. The itinerary was well-paced and very engaging, offering unique sea views. The ship is brand new, and the rooms are beyond five-star. Definitely worth experiencing again.

Highly recommended cruise. The boat is brand new!!! The staff were very attentive and friendly. We were very lucky that there were few of us, which made the treatment even more personal. As for the activities, the excursion to the cave was spectacular. The canoe trip was also very good. What I didn't like was the cooking class: more than a class, she cooked in front of us explaining and gave us a taste, but at no point were we the ones cooking. The activity list also mentioned a Tai Chi class in the morning, and upon arrival, it wasn't announced anywhere, nor was another activity done to replace it. Transfer: it was a bit chaotic both at pick-up (they called us by different numbers, one told us they couldn't access our hotel (they said a bus wouldn't fit on the street, when in reality it would, it was a two-way street, and the other person who called us said they would pick us up without any problem).

It’s a new cruise, very clean and hygienic. My family is vegetarian, and they took very good care of our food requirements, which we really appreciated. Just one thing that slightly bothered us was that the next day’s schedule started very early. Breakfast was only between 6:30 and 7:00 AM, and at 7:30 AM they left for Titop Island. My mother, who is 73 years old, got delayed by about 10 minutes and they left without her. Also, checkout was at 9:30 AM, but our pickup car (which was provided by them ) had not arrived. Even after checking out on time, we had to wait in the lobby with our luggage until 11:45 AM.

Highly Recommended, the room is fantastic, the cruise ship is new, the crew and staff are great, the food is good and thanks to Charlie for excellent customer service!

We got transferred to Celina of the Sea cruise ship and got upgraded for free! Definitely a great experience because of the warm welcoming of the staff and kudos to the Manager on board - Robert for keeping the cruise safe and fun!

We went on the L'Amour cruise for a 2D1N stay. Everything from the hotel pick-up to drop-off the next day was organized, smooth, and efficient. The staff, tour guide, and facilities on the cruise were amazing. The food on the cruise was excellent and well thought out. The smaller number of rooms and newer cabins only added to the experience. All in all, highly recommended.

Overall, the two-day, one-night trip was quite satisfactory. We were originally assigned a room on the second floor with two single beds and a sauna, but due to an air conditioning malfunction, we were moved to a double bed room on the third floor. However, the bathroom had a bathtub, which my 87-year-old mother couldn't get into to shower. Due to the language barrier, I wasn't able to communicate this effectively.
