Cruzeiro L'Amour 2D1N: Baía de Ha Long com Sung Sot e Ti Top

Eu havia reservado dois quartos, uma cabine oriental e uma cabine century. Originalmente, eu tinha reservado a cabine oriental porque queria uma banheira com vista para o mar. Me deram 2 quartos century. Solicitei à Klook um reembolso pela diferença entre os quartos e o reembolso foi concedido. Tínhamos um vegetariano no grupo e o cruzeiro foi muito atencioso com as refeições, oferecendo bons pratos em todas as refeições. Os outros membros do nosso grupo também gostaram das refeições e a comida em estilo buffet era de excelente qualidade. Gostamos especialmente da banda tradicional vietnamita que tocou durante o jantar. Os locais que visitamos estavam um pouco cheios, mas valeu a pena a visita.

Very satisfied. The itinerary was well-paced and very engaging, offering unique sea views. The ship is brand new, and the rooms are beyond five-star. Definitely worth experiencing again.

The cruise experience was quite exceptional with its stunning ship and rooms. Although there weren't many people on the cruise, what makes it up is the fun itinerary, stunning views, different food options, and friendly staff. As my first cruise, it is worth it to learn parts of Vietnamese culture with excellent service.

The room was very clean, and dinner was excellent. There were no unpleasant surprises, and overall it was great.

The overall cruise was very good. As we are vegetarians, they were kind enough to organize veg food for us. Also, it was our 1 year anniversary and we had made special request regarding anniversary celebration. Although there was some miscommunication but they did manage to make it special for us. The staff and crew were amazing and were very kind and helpful.

very pleasant experience . everything was smooth from booking. staff was very cooperative . food was delicious . they arrange the activities as per planned and shown on klook. overall nice 5star experience. strongly recommended if u visit vietnam.

It’s a new cruise, very clean and hygienic. My family is vegetarian, and they took very good care of our food requirements, which we really appreciated. Just one thing that slightly bothered us was that the next day’s schedule started very early. Breakfast was only between 6:30 and 7:00 AM, and at 7:30 AM they left for Titop Island. My mother, who is 73 years old, got delayed by about 10 minutes and they left without her. Also, checkout was at 9:30 AM, but our pickup car (which was provided by them ) had not arrived. Even after checking out on time, we had to wait in the lobby with our luggage until 11:45 AM.

Overall, the two-day, one-night trip was quite satisfactory. We were originally assigned a room on the second floor with two single beds and a sauna, but due to an air conditioning malfunction, we were moved to a double bed room on the third floor. However, the bathroom had a bathtub, which my 87-year-old mother couldn't get into to shower. Due to the language barrier, I wasn't able to communicate this effectively.

We got transferred to Celina of the Sea cruise ship and got upgraded for free! Definitely a great experience because of the warm welcoming of the staff and kudos to the Manager on board - Robert for keeping the cruise safe and fun!
