I highly recommend purchasing this if you want to skip the long queues in and out of immigration. It took about 25 minutes to clear immigration into Ho Chi Minh City and only 5 minutes during departure. The normal queues were snaking long, which looked like about 1-2 hours waiting time.

Highly recommended, especially for arrival immigration, as the normal queues were incredibly long. Waiting time was around 1-2 hours. For the fast-track queue, we waited about 20 minutes to clear immigration. Communication with staff via WhatsApp was easy; they sent us clear instructions on where to meet and what to look out for.

I got stuck in traffic, so I only had 45 minutes to board my flight… AND THANKFULLY I purchased this Fast Track. There would’ve been NO WAY I was making that flight in time because the luggage check-in and immigration lines were LONG. Thank you to Hien and Hoi for getting me on my plane 😭. My flight was for 8 AM on a Monday, and the lines for both check-in bags and immigration were VERY long. For departure, you check in bags if you have any, then you meet a Klook Fast Track employee who will wait for you in a designated area and help guide you through priority immigration. The photos below show check-in bags; the second photo was PRE-immigration. There are two lines: one where you show your passport, then a second where you go through TSA. With Fast Track, I skipped all of it.

This was recommended to us from a YouTube video. Everything went as planned but we still had to queue up for about half an hour to get through immigration. There seemed to be pretty big queues in the main section but did this save us any time in the end? Probably. But I had nothing to compare it with, so I’m just going to assume that it was a wise investment. Truthfully, you’ve likely already spent thousands of dollars organizing your Vietnam holiday already. Adding another $30-$40 AUD in the hopes that this saves you queueing for hours after a long plane flight - probably a wise investment I reckon.

Arrived at SGN at 08:00 local time, and frankly, we could have just gone through the normal immigration route as there weren't that many people in line. But overall, the process was fuss-free; just look out for the staff holding the signboard. It took us about 30 minutes to clear immigration, collect our bags, and get on board our Grab ride into Ho Chi Minh City.

I got the fast track for departure because I had to stand in line for close to an hour the last time I left Ho Chi Minh City. My flight this time was around 6 PM, and there was a line again, although not as long as the last time I was here. Was it worth it? I guess so... because it takes the guesswork out of the equation. Keep an eye out for which line to join once the guide brings you through. The immigration officers were a bit strange about you joining lines that weren't "assigned," but if they wave you over to their counter, then you're good to join. What's the difference? I have no idea.

The best decision I made for my trip. I landed on Friday at around 2:30 PM, and the immigration queue was insanely long. It would have easily taken 1.5 to 2 hours just to get my passport stamped. I’m so glad I purchased this ticket. To my surprise, the queue was much longer than expected, but with this service, I only waited about 15 minutes. It saved me a lot of time and made my arrival experience much smoother. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to skip the long wait and start their trip stress-free!

It's okay to just take the immigration option; if your trip is early in the morning, you might not need it. However, if your trip departs or arrives from midday onwards, it's highly recommended, especially if you're bringing children or elderly people, because the normal lane is extremely long, and standing for a long time is very tiring. My group finished in about 15 minutes, but I met the other group again after more than an hour.

This was worth it for my sister and me. The regular lines would have been very long. We still had to wait for a little while (I think the fast track line initially wasn't moving) but it was still pretty fast, maybe 15-20 minutes overall. We got through immigration and beat our luggage, so we spent most of our time just waiting for the luggage to come through. Overall, if you are arriving at a busy time and don't mind spending a bit of money, I would highly recommend booking this to save yourself a couple of hours.
