Visited Landmark 81 during our trip to Ho Chi Minh City. We bought our tickets in advance through Klook, but unfortunately, this did not allow us to skip the queue. We still had to exchange our vouchers for physical tickets, and interestingly, the walk-in price was only VND300,000, so there was not much benefit to booking in advance in our case.
The building itself is impressive, especially when viewed from the surrounding area. Its modern architecture and sheer height make it a striking landmark and a great subject for photography. The surrounding Vinhomes Central Park also offers plenty of good angles for capturing the skyscraper. On the day of our visit, it was cloudy but luckily for us, the sky cleared and we managed to watch the sunset.
If you enjoy modern architecture and city photography, Landmark 81 is worth a visit. I would recommend going closer to sunset, as you can capture the building and cityscape during daylight before watching the city gradually light up in the evening.

Super fuzz free, just need to exchange ticket at concierge counter in basement 1. Each ticket allows entrance to 81 floor, 2 photos for tour safe keeping, virtual view and outdoor view too. Highly recommended to buy through Klook.

We took a water bus to see the night view, got off on the opposite side of Landmark 81, and then took a Grab car. We went into the shopping mall, exchanged our tickets, and went up. I took pictures before going up, and I think it was the first time in my life I've been to such a high place. The night view was wonderful and it was a great experience. They printed a photo with a beautiful background included in the ticket and put it in a paper frame. It's a bit old-fashioned, but I think it will be a memorable keepsake, so I recommend it even if it's a bit pricey.

Went there during the afternoon and the view was stunning, not disappointing at all. We wanted to go during nighttime but was worried about the unpredictable rain. The ticketing counter is at B1 level in Vincom Landmark mall. You also get a free printed photo as a souvenir which is claimable when you reach the 81st floor.

The ticket was easy to use. I had the QR code instantly on the Klook app. It took a little while to find the check-in desk where they scan your QR code to start the actual tour once you got into the building. Go down the escalator, then turn right and walk a bit until you find it. First, they take photos, and once you're at the top, you can choose different backgrounds, and you get a free print included with your ticket. Then go up to level 81, do the photo thing. Then we walked around for a few floors. After that, you can go outside and put on a harness to walk around on the glass floor area for a better view. There's also a VR game inside; we watched someone else do it, but we didn't bother. Then, when you're ready, you go back down the elevator. We walked around the shopping mall for a while afterward to have a look. There's also an ice skating rink at the bottom of the escalator. We enjoyed it.

It was our first time going up to level 81. There are several activities along the way where you will first have your picture taken (green screen), admire the view, pass by 2 restaurants, join a VR activity (of climbing the tower) before reaching the top. The staff will clip a harness onto you to ensure safety as you take a one-way walk at the top. Note that this place is not wheelchair-friendly or good for the elderly due to steps on the way up (after the lift trip, to the top). It’s windy at the top and relaxing. And you get a souvenir to take home (you can choose the background landscape). To improve: 1) Out of so many VR stations, only 1 was properly working and in English. The rest were either not in use or in Vietnamese. 2) No soap in the 2 toilets. 3) We had 2 pictures taken instead of 3 for the 3 of us. Only paper sleeves were given for the pictures, so you have to carry them carefully by holding them. It would have been much better and more convenient if there was a handle (e.g., a typical paper bag). Worth the experience!

I booked and visited the Landmark 81 observation deck, a symbol of Ho Chi Minh City, through Klook, and it was a very smart and satisfying choice. As the tallest building in Vietnam, taking the super-fast elevator up in an instant to face the panoramic city view of Ho Chi Minh was truly an overwhelming and amazing experience. Especially visiting at sunset and enjoying the night view as the dazzling city lights turned on one by one doubled the感動 of the trip. With the QR code received through advance booking, we were able to enter immediately without waiting in line, saving energy in the hot weather and allowing my family and me to enjoy the view comfortably. If you want to take in the entire view of Ho Chi Minh City at a glance, I highly recommend preparing in advance with Klook to create a relaxed and special memory.
