Bastante confuso, ya que hay diferentes sucursales o ubicaciones donde se puede dejar el equipaje, y necesitamos elegir cuál está más cerca de la oficina de HK busline (Hotel Boutique Amorita).

I used this service to store my luggage while cruising Ha Long Bay and exploring the Old Quarter. I stayed at Hanoi Hi Five Hostel near the Old Quarter. The location is excellent for exploring the city. Although there was a problem with my luggage not arriving from the cruise, they helped me explore the city and even arranged a taxi to the airport. They assisted us with our troubles. I'm glad I chose this hotel as a storage location. I think it's a reliable place to leave your luggage while exploring the Old Quarter.

we chose amorita boutique hotel for our drop off luggage. The staff Tracy is from the Philippines, she's so cute and she helps us a lot from ordering Jollibee tru grab and also show us where we can exchange money 🤑 and she let us stay in the lobby for a long time while waiting for our service to go to sapa. you can also take a shower 🚿 for free.. 🥰 overall the service is 100%.

we put our luggage early morning, the reception is great, they help us with the luggage because the storage is in the second floor (we chose siva luxury hotel) and everything went well

the hotel’s reception was so kind. we have no issues we waited for a while because we’re waiting for our pick up to sapa. the location is very convienent as well. its also near cafe giang. just one block away

Safe and secure site. I used High Five Hostel Hanoi in the old quarter for this. Just show the voucher and take a picture of the token associated with your bag/luggage and collect it later. Smooth experience.

We got lost and even paid extra to the Grab driver. I didn't realize there were two separate addresses indicated, even though they are on the same street. When I booked, it said Whalo Luggage, but there was no indication of that name outside. It only showed the hotel name, and that was it. I didn't receive a notification if there were any changes. However, the people inside were accommodating.
