great experience. easy to use. toilet and shower avail if you need. it’s in a hotel so it would be good if they put that in the address or description. but I would 100% use again

Safe and secure site. I used High Five Hostel Hanoi in the old quarter for this. Just show the voucher and take a picture of the token associated with your bag/luggage and collect it later. Smooth experience.

We got lost and even paid extra to the Grab driver. I didn't realize there were two separate addresses indicated, even though they are on the same street. When I booked, it said Whalo Luggage, but there was no indication of that name outside. It only showed the hotel name, and that was it. I didn't receive a notification if there were any changes. My experience using Whalelo for luggage storage this time was fantastic! The booking process was simple and quick, and the staff at the store were very friendly. The luggage storage space felt very secure. Compared to searching for a vacant locker at the train station, this is truly a time-saving and effortless top choice. I highly recommend it to friends traveling!

We have chosen Amorita Boutique Hotel, staff are friendly and helpful, they even offer us a bathing room when they know we are going to take the sleeping bus which don’t have the facilities to tidy up ourselves.
