I sleep like a puppy on this bus. Good AC, no weird smell compared to other brands. The driver didn't shout at us like on the Blue Brand G8 we took previously. Wonderful support from Rachel, who helped us find our bag when we accidentally left it on the transfer bus. 🥹 A good brand to trust your trip with! 🥳

Well friend, book this bus brand for me. I have to say it was a really good product to travel with in Vietnam. Their team supported me a lot. I really liked Rachel's support when I forgot my iPad. She helped me find it and returned it to me. It really made my trip in Vietnam a wonderful experience.

The bus is comfortable, clean, and spacious enough for a good night's sleep. However, if you're a light sleeper like me, it can be challenging to sleep peacefully. They contacted us before the trip to advise on the pick-up time and location for boarding the bus. There was also an accident on the road, which delayed our trip by about 3 hours. We did receive an email regarding the current traffic situation, but no explanation was provided. Overall, it's a good way to travel to Sapa.

The best ride ever! The staff are very accommodating and attentive, and the experience is super chill. I didn't have any problems at all, from being picked up at the hotel to the scheduling of my trip. I really recommend them, and I will definitely ride HK again!
