A super class, run by absolute professionals. The guys couldn’t have been more courteous and blended the class to the mixed experience of the students. They were even able to teach this old dog a few new tricks! Really great workout, nice facilities and good quality kit/gloves/pads, (need to buy hand wraps from reception on arrival - 350 Baht). Clean changing facilities with lockers & toiletries free to use, just bring a towel. Superb value. Thanks guys for a wonderful experience of Muay Thai. I would recommend this gym and the instructors to anyone wanting to try Muay Thai boxing.

great trial experience! i used to box and wanted to get back into training, and this is exactly what I needed. The gym is well organized, and the entire staff is professional and friendly. The Muaythai area is on the rooftop (no AC), but there are several fans. Just make sure to bring enough water. Coaches are attentive and adapt well to different siill levels, while still pushing to improve. Highly recommended!

Four of us, including the kids, had a great time with the experience. They taught us carefully and thoughtfully. So much kindness! ♡ I highly recommend bringing a 1.5-liter bottle of water when you go. Please, please buy water. I bought and drank 6 bottles of water, lol. We'll come again next time! Safety: Not dangerous at all. Beginner-friendly class. Equipment: It's unavoidable that there's a sweaty smell since it's a gym, but it's attached to a gym, so the building itself is clean. Experience: Five stars. Location: The location is also good, as it's right down from Phrom Phong Exit 4.

Bangkok seyahatimde yaşadığım en eşsiz deneyimlerden ve anlardan biriydi. iMuaythai, Bangkok'taki Japon kasabasında yer alıyor. Yakınlarda birçok Japon restoranı, kafe ve hatta Japon süpermarketi göreceksiniz. Bu yüzden dersten sonra etrafta dolaşabilirsiniz. Bir buçuk saatlik grup seansına katıldım. Yaklaşık 4 kursiyer ve 5 eğitmen vardı, bu da kişisel bir ders gibi hissettirdi. Bu Muaythai dersini özel kılan şey, tüm eğitmenlerin çok nazik ve eğlenceli olmasıdır. Ve seviyenize göre size rehberlik edecekler. Hiç deneyimim olmadığı için eğitmenlerden biri bana temel adımlardan ve yumruklardan başlayan başlangıç dersi verdi ve ben de grup egzersizlerine yeniden katıldım. Derslerden sonra kullanabileceğiniz şampuan ve vücut şampuanı dahil olmak üzere temiz bir duş odaları var. Bangkok'a geri döndüğümde bu derse tekrar katılabilmeyi dilerim.

ประสบการณ์ที่น่าทึ่งมาก…ในฐานะคนที่ไม่เคยฝึกมวยไทยมาก่อนเลย ฉันรู้สึกได้รับการสนับสนุนและดูแลเป็นอย่างดีจากทีมงานที่นั่น ขอชื่นชมโค้ชออมที่ช่วยสอนท่าเตะและเทคนิคต่างๆ ให้ฉันเป็นพิเศษ จะกลับมาอีกแน่นอนในครั้งหน้าที่มากรุงเทพฯ!

It was so, so much fun!!!! First of all, it was great to have a Korean coach there 😆 The workout proceeded in the order of warm-up, technique, sandbag, mitts, and free practice, with 2-minute breaks in between. It was incredibly hot on the rooftop, but all the coaches and students were super passionate (Coach, are you melting? No? Coach, your mischievousness is maxed out!) Thanks to them, I got to fully experience the charm of Muay Thai in its homeland!! Next time, I want to try it for a longer period 😆 Kop khun kha 🙏🙏 As a tip, make sure to bring water (preferably a large bottle of ice water…), and if you have hand wraps, bring them; otherwise, you'll have to buy them on the 6th floor (350 baht).

Experience: It's perfectly fine for women to try Muay Thai for the first time. Safety: The environment is excellent, and lockers are provided for securing belongings. Facilities: Clean, and towels are also provided. Coach: Good English and friendly.

The coach was excellent. It was my first time trying Muay Thai, and my coordination was terrible. He even spent half an hour practicing one-on-one with me. You need to buy bandages downstairs to wrap your hands, which cost 350 baht. You must wrap your hands to wear the gloves, so remember to factor in the cost of the bandages.
