The instructor is dedicated and patient, providing one-on-one foundational lessons. For areas where the child struggles, they use physical demonstrations and ask another coach for assistance. They also ensure students take timely water breaks and rest!

This is my second time coming for Muay Thai training, and it's the same three familiar instructors. Since I chose a weekday morning class, I was the only one, receiving one-on-one training, which was excellent! They are all very dedicated in their teaching! I worked up a good sweat and felt great! I will definitely come again in the future!

I'm back in Bangkok at LAKS to train Muay Thai again! It's still the three familiar coaches. Their guidance is dedicated, and there's never a dull moment during the hour-plus training session! I will definitely come back in the future; it has become a must-do activity whenever I visit Bangkok.

Closer to 60mins including warm up & down rather than the 90mins listed but was still a great workout! 1:1 to 1:2 ratio & the coach was friendly enough. They provide all the gear. It's on the 4F & open to air so be mindful of the temperature when booking

Must do activity when in Bangkok. You can easily reach via green bts, nearest is on nut station. The place nearby has Big C, kfc and many budget Massage places.

I learned it as a one-day course. Perhaps because the price is low, you have to book it yourself. I was able to learn from a teacher who was a current Muay Thai fighter. He said he started Muay Thai when he was 8 years old. His photos from when he was a fighter are intense. He taught me how to kick and elbow. Learning Muay Thai, as seen in movies, in Bangkok, in the traditional Thai style, will surely be a lifelong memory. This place is on the top floor of a massage shop. There was no air conditioning. Since Thailand is hot, you really need to dress lightly and be ready to sweat. It's incredibly physically demanding; after warm-up exercises, stretching, a small test, and then training for 3-minute rounds, I was knocked out after 6 minutes.

It's a good training area near On Nut MRT, and I have zero experience in Muay Thai. The trainers are very kind and patient in correcting my technique. I will definitely come back again.

This was a fantastic experience on our Thailand trip. If you haven't had a good sweat in a while, this is a highly cost-effective activity. The instructor was very lively and engaging, making it suitable for many inexperienced beginners. Afterward, downstairs there are places for massages and traditional Thai massage (grabbing dragon veins), and next door there's a Big C supermarket for shopping. It's an activity that can satisfy many needs at once.
