While I was taking selfies before dinner started, they showed me the retouched photos and asked which digital photos I wanted. Many of the photos were even more beautiful than I imagined, so I purchased additional ones. Then, I returned to the dining hall and, dressed in my costume, thoroughly enjoyed the play and the banquet (dinner). If I had known that "Dream of the Red Chamber" was a famous Chinese book, I would have read the synopsis beforehand. Nevertheless, since the play was entirely in Chinese, I used AI to interpret it during the performance, allowing me to understand and enjoy the content. Between acts, the lights came on, and we could enjoy our meal. The food was all exquisite, with I believe more than 10 dishes. All were traditional Chinese dishes, and I was able to learn about Chinese culture not only through the play and costumes but also through the food. Although I have already experienced this package once, it was so good that I would like to experience it again if I have the opportunity.

The food was delicious and similar quality to Michelin-level fine dining, and the quantity was shocking, with my partner and I being full by the 7th course. The performance was also lovely, though at times hard to follow as someone who wasn't familiar with the plot of Red Dream Chamber (I would recommend reading a synopsis beforehand). The hanfu was also very pretty with detailed embroidery, and the attendants were very helpful in selecting it. It was fun taking photos in the courtyard, though to be honest, it was very hot and a bit uncomfortable, so we mostly took pictures inside the dining room (which was air-conditioned). I went on my birthday, and they gave me a bottle of wine, a cute gift bag with little trinkets, and made me a part of the performance with an extra set of dessert! Overall, I would highly recommend it!!

Excellent! The food was delicious and plentiful. The performers were fantastic. All the staff were lovely. I recommend going around 5 PM so you have time to take photos in the garden after getting ready. The food and show start at 7 PM. Overall, I loved it! 😍😍

The performance is well worth watching, and even if you're not familiar with the story of A Dream of Red Mansions, it won't affect your enjoyment. The food is also delicious and filling (for an average person's appetite). It's a feast for both the eyes and the taste buds. If your finances allow, I recommend buying VVIP seats for a better viewing experience. I stayed at a hotel in the Second Ring Road, and a taxi to this location cost about RMB 16.

The most memorable performers were the one playing Granny Liu and the one playing Sister Jia Baoyu. As for the meal, the first few dishes were quite good. However, the later dishes, especially the fish, seemed to be overly salted, perhaps marinated in salt. The food also wasn't very hot. Nevertheless, the presentation and tableware were very thoughtfully arranged, which deserves praise. The makeup felt a bit rough, and there wasn't enough time to choose costumes. Personally, I think if you participate in this activity, you should focus on the show and lunch only. This is because the garden for changing clothes and taking photos is very small, offering low value for money. It would be better to participate in the costume change and photo session at the National Palace Museum, which is much larger and has many scenic spots for photos.

Had a blast dressing up with the characters. My husband and I both do not speak mandarin, but the staff was kind and worked with us. Making the reservation is the trickiest part, our hotel concierge assisted us to obtain their WeChat info and it was easy from their. I’d highly recommend reading a synopsis of the story before coming as the entire show is in mandarin. The food was also fantastic, it was similar to fine dining. Go early for make up and hair if you want photos outside with the sun.

Great value! A single ticket is around HKD 300, which is excellent value for money! The performance is also very good. Ideally, you should understand the story of 'Dream of the Red Chamber' before going, as it will enhance your appreciation of the show.

I bought an afternoon ticket. The food was plentiful, and enjoying lunch while watching a performance was a very elegant experience, well worth a visit.
